[Machine] There was a group of worshipers, among whom was a young boy who they honored, fed, and revered. So, their sacrifice gathering arrived and they brought their sacrifices forward, and he brought his sacrifice forward. His sacrifice was accepted and returned to him. He said: "I continued to worship and wondered where this came from. I did not see any flaws." He said: "He went to his mother and said: 'Oh mother, something great has happened to me. I was with some brothers who fed me, honored me, and revered me. So, their sacrifice gathering arrived, and mine arrived as well. They brought theirs forward, and I brought mine forward. Their sacrifice was accepted and returned, and I looked into my own matter and did not see any flaws. Oh mother, am I from my father's lineage or not?' She said: 'What do you want with this, my son?' He said: 'Indeed, you are my mother regardless. So, tell me.' She said: 'I went out one night to gather firewood, and a man overpowered me. You are the son of that man.' He said: 'May Allah forgive you, oh mother.' Then, he fell in prostration, crying and saying: 'Oh Lord, my parents are eating hummus, and I am eating barley. You are more honorable than that, oh Lord. You are more honorable than that, oh Lord. The desires are affecting others, and I am taken for their sins. You are more honorable than that, oh Lord. Oh Lord.' And he continued to cry and enumerate this. He said: 'Then, his sacrifice was accepted.'"

[Machine] A man said to Daoud Al-Tayi, "If I were ordered to clean the spiderwebs from the roof of the house," Daoud responded, "Did you not know that they used to dislike curiosity and prying eyes?" Then Daoud Al-Tayi said, "I heard that a fighter was in his house for thirty years without noticing it."

[Machine] I heard my father saying, when describing the people of the world, that they are always full of food and lack intelligence. Their only concern is their stomach, their private parts, and their skin. He says, "When will I wake up to eat, drink, and indulge in entertainment and play? When will I sleep in the evening?" They are active at night and lazy during the day.
