adab:459 – Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The Final Hour will not come until people build houses which are like coloured garments." Ibrahim said:

meaning striped clothes.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَبْنِيَ النَّاسُ بُيُوتًا يُشَبِّهُونَهَا بِالْمَرَاحِلِ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَعْنِي الثِّيَابَ الْمُخَطَّطَةَ
