Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not laugh a lot. Much laughter kills the heart."

الأدب المفرد:٢٥٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تُكْثِرُوا الضَّحِكَ فَإِنَّ كَثْرَةَ الضَّحِكِ تُمِيتُ الْقَلْبَ
