Ibn 'Abbas reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded that whips be hung up in houses.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِتَعْلِيقِ السَّوْطِ فِي الْبَيْتِ
