قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فِي أَوَّلِ الإِسْلاَمِ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنْهُمْ أُبَىُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ وَرَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِذَا جَامَعَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي الْفَرْجِ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِمَا الْغُسْلُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُنْزِلاَ
