43. Chapter of Sīn (Female)
[Machine] Um Al-Mundhir Al-Ansariyah, who was one of the maternal aunts of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, reported that Ali entered while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was present, and Ali had a sick camel with him. In the house, there was a hanging morsel, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ate from it while standing, and Ali was with him. Then he said, "Do not eat from this, as it does not agree with you." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat down, and I prepared for him a dish of boiled vegetables and barley. He said, "Eat from this, as it agrees with you."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to dislike being taken from the start of the meal.
[Machine] From his grandmother Salma, who used to be a servant of the Prophet ﷺ, she said: "When any of us complained of a headache, the Prophet ﷺ would say, 'Go and perform hijama (cupping).' And when any of us complained of a pain in their leg, he would say, 'Go and dye it with henna.'"
[Machine] The prophet ﷺ would not receive any wound or thorn, except that he would place henna on it.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "A house without food does not pass through it."
[Machine] About his mother, who served the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , she said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'A house in which its inhabitants do not experience hunger.'"
[Machine] I entered upon Hasan bin Ali and Abdullah bin Jafar and Abdullah bin Abbas, and they said to me, "Describe to us a dish that the Prophet ﷺ used to enjoy eating." So I said, "O my children, if that is the case, then you will not like it today." So I got up and took some barley, ground it and sifted it, and made bread out of it. Then I took some oil and sprinkled it with pepper. I brought it closer to them and said, "The Prophet ﷺ used to like this."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent Abu Rafi' to the tribe of Banu Umayyah bin Zaid to kill the dogs. He also sent another man to kill the dogs.
[Machine] His grandmother, Salma, the caretaker of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , informed him that she had prepared a pot of food for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and brought it close to him. He ate from it, along with some of his companions, but a small amount remained. Then, an Arab passerby came by and the Prophet ﷺ called him over. The Arab took the entire pot in his hand, and the Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Place it down." Then, he said, "Say Bismillah (in the name of Allah) and eat from the closest portion, and you will be satisfied." The Arab ate from it and it was sufficient for him, and there was some left over.
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a sheep to Abu Rafi' on the day of the trench, as far as I know. Abu Rafi' slaughtered it and put it in a container. Then he went with it and met the Prophet ﷺ coming back from the trench. The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "O Abu Rafi', pass me the foreleg." So I passed it to him. Then he said, "O Abu Rafi', pass me the foreleg." So I passed it to him. Then he said, "O Abu Rafi', pass me the foreleg." Abu Rafi' said, "O Messenger of Allah, does the sheep have anything other than two forelegs?" He said, "Had you stayed silent, I would have passed it to you as many times as you asked."
[Machine] She said, "I was with the Prophet ﷺ in the markets when he said, 'A man from the people of Paradise will appear before you.' After some time, I heard a rustling sound, and behold, it was Ali ibn Abi Talib."
[Machine] Salma, the wife of Abu Rafi, came to complain about her husband Abu Rafi. She said, "O Messenger of Allah, he beats me." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Why does he beat you?" She replied, "O Messenger of Allah, I left him after passing wind and he got up to pray." So I told him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever passes wind should perform ablution.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled and said, 'Do not hit her.'
