[Machine] From his grandmother Salma, who used to be a servant of the Prophet ﷺ, she said: "When any of us complained of a headache, the Prophet ﷺ would say, 'Go and perform hijama (cupping).' And when any of us complained of a pain in their leg, he would say, 'Go and dye it with henna.'"  

الطبراني:٢١٢٢١حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَوَالِي حَدَّثَنِي فَائِدٌ مَوْلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ

عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ سَلْمَى وَكَانَتْ خَادِمًا لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا اشْتَكَى أَحَدٌ مِنَّا رَأْسَهُ قَالَ «اذْهَبْ فَاحْتَجِمْ» وَإِذَا اشْتَكَى رِجْلَهُ قَالَ «اذْهَبْ فَاخْضِبْهَا بِالْحِنَّاءِ»
