19.3.209 Subsection
١٩۔٣۔٢٠٩ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
[Machine] He informed him that the Prophet ﷺ was asked while he was in the camp of the tree, "Ask, for it is the blessed Baṭḥāʾ Makkah."
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قِيلَ لَهُ وَهُوَ بِالْمُعَرَّسِ مُعَرَّسِ الشَّجَرَةِ «سَلْ فَإِنَّهَا بَطْحَاءُ مَكَّةَ مُبَارَكَةٌ»
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "Whoever intentionally lies about me, Allah will build a house for him in the Fire."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي النَّارِ»
‘Whoever lies upon me intentionally, then let him take his seat in the Fire’. (Using translation from Muslim 3)
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I saw in a dream that I was given a filled udder of milk, and I drank from it until I was satisfied and it filled me up. Then I saw it flowing through my veins, between the skin and flesh. Then a portion of it came to me and I gave it to Umar ibn Al-Khattab." They asked, "O Prophet of Allah, this is knowledge that Allah has given you and has filled you with. Then a portion of it came to you and you gave it to Umar ibn Al-Khattab?" He said, "You have spoken the truth."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ فِي النَّوْمِ أَنِّي أُعْطِيتُ عُسًّا مَمْلُوءًا لَبَنًا فَشَرِبْتُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى تَمَلَّأْتُ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُهُ يَجْرِي فِي عُرُوقِي بَيْنَ الْجِلْدِ وَاللَّحْمِ فَفَضَلَتْ فَضْلَةٌ وَأَعْطَيْتُهَا عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ» فَأَوِّلُوهَا قَالُوا يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ هَذَا عِلْمٌ أَعْطَاكَ اللهُ فَمَلَأَكَ مِنْهُ فَفَضَلَتْ فَضْلَةٌ فَأَعْطَيْتَهَا عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابُ فَقَالَ «أَصَبْتُمْ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Between my grave and my pulpit, there is a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is upon my pond." So, he quoted its foundation and said, "I have written it from Muhammad ibn Bishr."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا بَيْنَ قَبْرِي وَمِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَمِنْبَرِي عَلَى حَوْضِي» فَأَخْرَجَ أَصْلَهُ وَقَالَ قَدْ كَتَبْتُهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Every intoxicant is Khamr and every intoxicant is unlawful.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5585)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, a dog removes two carats from the reward of its owner every day, except for a dog that is used for hunting or herding." Abu Al-Qasim said: "It diminishes, meaning it reduces the reward of its owner."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الْكَلْبَ لَيُنْقِصُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَيْنِ إِلَّا كَلْبَ ضَارٍّ يَصِيدُ أَوْ كَلْبَ غَنَمٍ» قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ «يُنْقِصُ يَعْنِي مِنْ أَجْرِ صَاحِبِهِ»
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, "Verily, from grapes there is wine, and from honey there is wine, and from raisins there is wine, and from dates there is wine, and from barley there is wine, and I prohibit every intoxicant."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الْعَسَلِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الزَّبِيبِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ التَّمْرِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ خَمْرًا وَأَنَا أَنْهَى عَنْ كُلِّ مُسْكِرٍ»
[Machine] When the Prophet ﷺ passed away, he said, "Bring me our dear deceased, what a great deceased he is for my nation! Uthman ibn Mazh'un."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا مَاتَ مَيِّتٌ قَالَ «قَدِّمُوهُ عَلَى فَرَطِنَا نِعْمَ الْفَرَطُ لِأُمَّتِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مَظْعُونَ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Kill snakes, for whoever finds the two forked ones or the one with a short tail and does not kill them, then he is not one of us, for they are the ones that snatch the sight and cause miscarriages in women."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «اقْتُلُوا الْحَيَّاتِ فَمَنْ وَجَدَ ذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالْأَبْتَرَ فَلَمْ يَقْتُلْهُمَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا فَإِنَّهُمَا اللَّذَانِ يَخْطِفَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيُسْقِطَانِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ النِّسَاءِ»
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "There is no envy except in two people: a man whom Allah has taught the Quran, who recites it during the night and day, and a man to whom Allah has given wealth, and he spends it during the night and day."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا حَسَدَ إِلَّا فِي اثْنَتَيْنِ رَجُلٍ عَلَّمَهُ اللهُ الْقُرْآنَ وَهُوَ يَقُومُ بِهِ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَآنَاءَ النَّهَارِ وَرَجُلٍ أَعْطَاهُ اللهُ مَالًا فَهُوَ يُنْفِقُهُ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَآنَاءَ النَّهَارِ»
The oath of the Prophet ﷺ used to be: "No, by Him who turns the hearts." (Using translation from Bukhārī 6628)
كَانَتْ يَمِينُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ»

كَانَتْ يَمِينُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ»
[Machine] Ibn Umar's right hand used to be the right hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "No, By the One who turns the hearts."
ابْنُ عُمَرَ كَانَتْ يَمِينُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ»
"The oath by which the Messenger of Allah used to swear was: 'No, by the Controller of the hearts.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3762)
كَانَتْ يَمِينُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الَّتِي يَحْلِفُ بِهَا «لَا وَمُصَرِّفِ الْقُلُوبِ»
[Machine] That he used to curse or insult the desert and say, "There are no true companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ except for those from Dhul-Hulayfah."
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَسُبُّ الْبَيْدَاءَ أَوْ يَهُمُّ بِسَبِّهَا وَيَقُولُ مَا أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , did not perform ablution except at the mosque of Dhu al-Hulayfa.
«مَا أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا مِنْ عِنْدِ مَسْجِدِ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ»
[Machine] From the messenger of Allah ﷺ , it is narrated that he met Zaid ibn Amr ibn Nufayl in the valley of Balhadh before the revelation came to the messenger of Allah ﷺ . The messenger of Allah ﷺ presented to him a dish that had meat in it, but he refused to eat it and said, "I do not eat from what they slaughter in front of their idols. I only eat from that which has the name of Allah mentioned upon it."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ لَقِيَ زَيْدَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ بِأَسْفَلِ بَلْدَحَ وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْوَحْيُ فَقَدَّمَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سُفْرَةً فِيهَا لَحْمٌ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْكُلَ قَالَ لَا آكُلُ مِمَّا يَذْبَحُونَ عَلَى أَصْنَامِهِمْ أَنَا لَا آكُلُ إِلَّا مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ
We used not to call Zaid bin Haritha the freed slave of Messenger of Allah ﷺ except Zaid bin Muhammad till the Qu'anic Verse was revealed: "Call them (adopted sons) by (the names of) their fathers. That is more than just in the Sight of Allah." (33.5) (Using translation from Bukhārī 4782)
عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ الْكَلْبِيِّ مَوْلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا كُنَّا نَدْعُوهُ إِلَّا زَيْدَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ حَتَّى نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ {ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللهِ}
[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , when he commanded Usama bin Zaid, he informed him that people were criticizing and insulting his leadership. So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood among the people and said, "Are you criticizing Usama and insulting his leadership when you used to do the same to his father before? Even though he was most worthy of leadership and he was the most beloved person to me. And after him, Usama is the most beloved person to me. So, treat him well, for he is among your best." Salim said, "I have never heard Abdullah narrate this hadith, except that he would say, 'May Allah forbid it from Fatimah.'"
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ أَمَّرَ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ فَبَلَغَهُ أَنَّ النَّاسَ عَابُوا أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَطَعَنُوا فِي إِمَارَتِهِ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي النَّاسِ فَقَالَ «أَلَا إِنَّكُمْ تَعِيبُونَ أُسَامَةَ وَتَطْعَنُونَ فِي إِمَارَتِهِ وَقَدْ فَعَلْتُمْ ذَلِكَ بِأَبِيهِ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَخَلِيقًا لِلْإِمَارَةِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَأَحَبَّ النَّاسِ كُلِّهِمْ إِلَيَّ وَإِنَّ هَذَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ لَأَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَيَّ فَاسْتَوْصُوا بِهِ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ خِيَارِكُمْ» قَالَ سَالِمٌ فَمَا سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ يُحَدِّثُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَطُّ إِلَّا قَالَ حَاشَا فَاطِمَةَ
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was approached while he was in a state of ihram near Dhul-Hulayfah from the direction of the valley, and he said, "Indeed, you are in a blessed open space."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ وَهُوَ بِالْمُعَرَّسِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ مِنْ بَطْنِ الْوَادِي فَقَالَ «إِنَّكَ بِبَطْحَاءَ مُبَارَكَةٍ»
about the Prophet's dream in which he has seen Abu Bakr and ʿUmar: The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw (in a dream) that the people had gathered. Then Abu Bakr stood up and pulled out one or two buckets full of water (from a well) and there was weakness in his pulling -- may Allah forgive him. Then Ibn Al- Khattab stood up, and the bucket turned into a very large one and I have never seen any strong man among the people doing such a hard job. He pulled out so much water that the people (drank to their satisfaction) and watered their camels to their fill, (and then after quenching their thirst) they sat beside the water." عَنْ رُؤْيَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ النَّاسَ اجْتَمَعُوا فَقَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَنَزَعَ ذَنُوبًا أَوْ ذَنُوبَيْنِ وَفِي نَزْعِهِ ضَعْفٌ وَاللهُ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ ثُمَّ قَامَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فَاسْتَحَالَتْ غَرْبًا فَمَا رَأَيْتُ عَبْقَرِيًّا مِنَ النَّاسِ يَفْرِي فَرِيَّهُ حَتَّى ضَرَبَ النَّاسُ بِعَطَنٍ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drags his garments out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what if someone's garment gets stuck or dirty, and he pulls it to fix it?" He replied, "I am not referring to someone who does it unintentionally."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ جَرَّ ثِيَابَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلَاءِ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ أَيْ رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَحَدَ شِقَّيْ إِزَارِي يَسْتَرْخِي إِلَّا أَنْ أَتَعَاهَدُ ذَاكَ أَوْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ قَالَ «لَسْتَ مِمَّنْ يَصْنَعُهُ خُيَلَاءَ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever says in any marketplace: 'There is no god but Allah, alone without partner. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He is capable of all things,' Allah will write for him a thousand thousand good deeds."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنْ قَالَ فِي سُوقٍ مِنَ الْأَسْوَاقِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَةٍ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves behind his heels will be in the Fire."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا خَلْفَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ فَفِي النَّارِ»
[Machine] Narrated by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "I saw in a dream that the people were gathered, and Abu Bakr ibn Abi Quhafa stood up and took away one or two sins. His effort in removing them was weak, but Allah forgave him. Then, Umar ibn al-Khattab took them and threw them away to the west. I did not see a powerful gust of wind blowing until the people were struck by a catastrophe."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنَّ النَّاسَ جُمِعُوا فَقَامَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ فَنَزَعَ ذَنُوبًا أَوْ ذَنُوبَيْنِ وَفِي نَزْعِهِ ضَعْفٌ وَاللهُ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فَاسْتَحَالَتْ غَرْبًا فَلَمْ أَرَ عَبْقَرِيًّا يَفْرِي فَرِيَّهُ حَتَّى ضَرَبَ النَّاسُ بِعَطَنٍ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drags his garment out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Salim said, "My father narrated to me that Abu Bakr said to the Messenger of Allah, 'O Messenger of Allah, one of the corners of my garment slips down unless I pay attention to it.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, 'You are not one of those who do it out of arrogance.'"
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» قَالَ سَالِمٌ فَحَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَحَدَ شِقَّيْ إِزَارِي يَسْتَرْخِي إِلَّا أَنْ أَتَعَاهَدَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَسْتَ مِمَّنْ يَصْنَعُ الْخُيَلَاءَ»
[Machine] While Umar ibn al-Khattab was walking in a caravan, he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ swearing by his father. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "Indeed, Allah forbids you from swearing by your fathers. So whoever swears, let him swear by Allah or remain silent."
بَيْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَسِيرُ فِي رَكْبٍ فَسَمِعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ فَمَنْ حَلَفَ فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللهِ أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Three will not enter Paradise, and three will not be looked upon by Allah on the Day of Resurrection. As for those who will not enter Paradise, they are the one who disobeys their parents, the woman who imitates men in her appearance, and the cuckold. As for the three who will not be looked upon by Allah on the Day of Resurrection, they are the one who disobeys their parents, the addict to alcohol, and the one who gives charity and then reminds others of it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ وَثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ لَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ فَالْعَاقُّ لِوَالِدَيْهِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْمُتَرَجِّلَةُ تَشَبَّهُ بِالرِّجَالِ وَالدَّيُّوثُ وَأَمَّا الثَّلَاثَةُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَالْعَاقُّ بِوَالِدَيْهِ وَمُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَنَّانُ بِمَا أَعْطَى»
[Machine] You know that we used to say during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman, meaning in regards to the caliphate.
إِنَّكُمْ لَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّا كُنَّا نَقُولُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ يَعْنِي فِي الْخِلَافَةِ
[Machine] Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers when he was traveling, after the disappearance of twilight by an hour.
«إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا جَدَّ بِهِ السَّيْرُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَغِيبَ الشَّفَقُ بِسَاعَةٍ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the Day of Ashura and said, "The people of pre-Islamic ignorance used to observe fasting on this day, so whoever wishes may fast and whoever wishes may break his fast."
ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَاشُورَاءَ فَقَالَ «كَانَ صَوْمَ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَمَنْ شَاءَ صَامَ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَفْطَرَ»
[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, "The night prayer is performed in pairs, so when you fear the approach of dawn, then perform the witr prayer with a single unit."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خِفْتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "For everything there is a vessel, and the vessel of taqwa (God-consciousness) is the hearts of the knowledgeable."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَعْدِنٌ وَمَعْدِنُ التَّقْوَى قُلُوبُ الْعَارِفِينَ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The deceased is punished by the weeping of the living."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْمَيِّتُ يُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ الْحَيِّ»
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited displaying arrogance and boasting."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ الْجَلَّالَةِ وَأَلْبَانِهَا وَظَهْرِهَا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever among you is able to be like the companion of the Cave, then let him do so." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, who is the companion of the Cave?" He said, "Three people set out and the sky became cloudy over them. They took shelter in a cave, and then a rock came and blocked the entrance to the cave. They said to each other, 'Indeed, you have fallen into a great matter. So let each of you supplicate to Allah with the best of his deeds, that perhaps Allah will deliver us from this.' Then he mentioned the story of the Cave in detail."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ مِثْلَ صَاحِبِ فَرْقِ الْأَرُزِّ فَلْيَكُنْ مِثْلَهُ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَنْ صَاحِبُ فَرْقِ الْأَرُزِّ؟ قَالَ خَرَجَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَغَيَّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاءُ فَدَخَلُوا غَارًا فَجَاءَتْ صَخْرَةٌ حَتَّى طَبَقَتِ الْبَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَعَالَجُوهَا فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِيعُوا فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ لَقَدْ وَقَعْتُمْ فِي أَمْرٍ عَظِيمٍ فَلْيَدْعُ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا عَمِلَ؛ لَعَلَّ اللهَ أَنْ يُنْجِيَنَا مِنْ هَذَا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ الْغَارِ بِطُولِهِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A Muslim should not spend a night from his lifetime without having his pledge with him, if he possesses wealth that can be entrusted in its equivalent."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَةً مِنَ الدَّهْرِ إِلَّا وَعَهْدُهُ عِنْدَهُ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يُعْهَدُ فِي مِثْلِهِ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I am the first for whom the earth will split on the Day of Resurrection, then Abu Bakr, then Umar, then the people of Baqi' will come and they will be gathered with me. Then I will await the people of Makkah and they will be gathered with me."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ تَنْشَقُّ عَنْهُ الْأَرْضُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثُمَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي أَهْلُ الْبَقِيعِ فَيُحْشَرُونَ مَعِي ثُمَّ أَنْتَظِرُ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ فَيُحْشَرُونَ مَعِي»
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ struck the chest of Umar ibn Al-Khattab with his hand three times when he embraced Islam and he said, "O Allah, remove from his chest any ill-feelings and replace it with faith." He repeated this three times.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ضَرَبَ صَدْرَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ بِيَدِهِ حِينَ أَسْلَمَ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ أَخْرِجْ مَا فِي صَدْرِهِ مِنْ غِلٍّ وَأَبْدِلْهُ إِيمَانًا» يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثًا
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "When it is his seventh day, pour blood away from him and remove harm from him."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ سَابِعِهِ فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ دَمًا وَأَزِيلُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever owns a dog, except for a dog used for herding livestock or hunting, will have two qirats deducted from his good deeds every day."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا إِلَّا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ صَيْدٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ»
[Machine] "If the Prophet ﷺ used to command us to ease things and if he led us in prayer"
«إِنْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَيَأْمُرُنَا بِالتَّخْفِيفِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَيَؤُمُّنَا بِالصَّافَّاتُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah does not look at the man who commits adultery, nor at the man who boasts about his family lineage, nor at the man who drags his garment out of pride."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَى الْأُشَيْمِطِ الزَّانِي وَلَا الْعَايِلِ الْمَزْهُوِّ وَلَا الَّذِي يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ خُيَلَاءً»
There is no god but Allah. He is One, there is no partner with Him, His is the sovereignty and His is the praise and He is Potent over everything. (We are) returning, repenting, worshipping, prostrating before our Lord, and we praise Him Allah fulfilled His promise and helped His servant, and routed the confederates alone. كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَفَلَ مِنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ يَقُولُ كُلُّمَا أَوْفَى عَلَى ثَنِيَّةٍ أَوْ فَدْفَدٍ كَبَّرَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَالَ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ آيِبُونَ تَائِبُونَ عَابِدُونَ سَاجِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ صَدَقَ اللهُ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that the Dajjal will appear in this valley, and he will be the last person that women go out to. Even men will return to their mothers, sisters, and aunts and tie them up for fear that they may go out to him. Then Allah will send the Muslims to him, and they will kill him and kill his followers. Even the Jew will hide under a tree or a stone, and the stone or tree will say, "O Muslim, there is a Jew under me, so kill him."
رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْزِلُ الدَّجَّالُ بِهَذِهِ السَّبَخَةِ فَيَكُونُ آخِرُ مَنْ يَخْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ النِّسَاءَ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَرْجِعُ إِلَى أُمِّهِ وَأُخْتِهِ وَعَمَّتِهِ فَيُوثِقُهَا رِبَاطًا مَخَافَةَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُسَلِّطُ اللهُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَيْهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَهُ وَيَقْتُلُونُ شِيعَتَهُ حَتَّى إِنَّ الْيَهُودِيَّ يَخْتَبِئُ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرِ أَوِ الْحَجَرِ فَيَقُولُ الْحَجَرُ أَوِ الشَّجَرَةُ يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ تَحْتِي فَاقْتُلْهُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man from the Qahtan tribe will drive people with a stick."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيَسُوقَنَّ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَحْطَانَ النَّاسَ بِعَصًا»
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said: 'No servant [of Allah] should make a representation of any creation, for he will be asked on the Day of Judgment to give life to what he has created.'"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُصَوِّرُ عَبْدٌ صُورَةً إِلَّا قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَحْيِ مَا خَلَقْتَهُ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Verily, Allah loves the skillful."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْتَرِفَ»
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left Arafat and said, "You will proceed with a distressed and wailing state that goes against the religion of the Nazarenes." Abu Al-Qasim said, "I have doubts about Abu Rabi' Al-Samman's attribution of this narration to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , because the commonly known narration is from Ibn 'Umar from Arafat, and he mentioned the poem."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «إِلَيْكَ تَعْدُو قَلِقًا وَضِينُهَا مُخَالِفًا دِينَ النَّصَارَى دِينُهَا» قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ «وَهِمَ عِنْدِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ السَّمَّانُ فِي رَفْعِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِأَنَّ الْمَشْهُورَ فِي الرِّوَايَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الرِّجْزَ»
