"عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: لما خلق اللَّهُ -تعالى- آدم خلق عينيه قبل بقية جسده، فقال: أى رب! أتم بقية خلقى قبل غيبوبة الشمس، فأنزل اللَّه -تعالى- {وَكَانَ الْإِنْسَانُ عَجُولًا} ".
