"عَنْ أبِى سَعِيد ؓ قَالَ: رَأيْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيَلة مِن أوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ إِلى أن طَلَعَ الَفَجر رافِعًا يَدَيْه يدْعُو لعثمانَ بن عَفانَ، يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ رضِيتُ عَنْه فَارض عَنْهُ".
