"عَنْ صِلَةَ بْنِ زُفَرَ قَالَ: قَنَتَ عَلىٌّ شَهْرًا ثُمَّ أَمْسَكَ، فَسَأَلَهُ لِمَ أَمْسَكْتَ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا كُنْتُ لأَزِيدَكُمْ عَلَى مَا صَنَعَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ ".
