"عَنْ حبيب بن أبى ثابت، عن بعضِ أَصحابهِ قال: جَاءَ رَجلٌ إِلَى عَلِىٍّ فَقَالَ: طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِى أَلْفًا. ثَلَاثٌ تُحرِّمُهَا عَلَيْكَ وَاقْسِمْ سَائِرَهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِكَ".
