"عَنْ أَبِى الْبَخْتَرِىَّ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى عَلِيًّا فَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَ قَدْ بَلَغَهُ عَنْهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ شَئٌ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِىٌّ: لَيْسَ كَمَا تَقُولُ وَأَنَا فَوْقَ مَا فِى نَفْسِكَ".
