"عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَاَل: كَانَ عَلِىٌّ وعَبْدُ اللهِ يَقُولَانِ: مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدًا أَوْ يَهُودِيًّا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيّا أَوِ امْرَأَةً عَمْدًا قُتِلَ بِهِ".
