"عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِى ذِئْبٍ، عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَلِىًّ أَنَّهُ لَمَّا قَاتَلَ مُعَاوِيَةَ سَبَقَهُ إِلَى الْمَاءِ فَقَالَ: دَعُوهُمْ فَإِنَّ المَاءَ لَا يُمْنَعُ".
