"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ الرَّهْنُ أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الْقَرْضِ، أَوْ كَانَ الْقَرْضُ أَفْضَلَ مِن الرَّهْنِ، ثُمَّ هَلَكَ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْفَضْلَ".
