"عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَلىٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا: الْمُعْتَكِفُ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ صَوْمٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْرِطَهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ".
