"عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دينَارٍ: أَنَّ عَلِيّا تَصَدَّقَ بِبَعْضِ أَرْضٍ جَعَلَهَا صَدَقَةً بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ وَأَعْتَقَ رَقِيقًا مِنْ رَقِيقِهِ وَشَرَطَ عَليْهِمْ: إِنَّكُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ فِى هَذَا الْمَالِ خَمْسَ سِنِينَ".
