"لاَ جَرَمَ كَيْفَ رَأيْتِ رَدَدْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ؟ إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ قَوْمٌ سَئَّمُوا دِينَهُمْ وَهُمْ قَوْمٌ حُسَّدٌ، وَلَمْ يَحْسُدُوا الْمُسْلمينَ عَلَى أَفْضَلَ مِنْ ثَلاثٍ: عَلَى رَدِّ السَّلاَمِ، وَإقَامَةِ الصُّفُوفِ، وَقَوْلِهِمْ خَلْفَ إِمَامِهِمْ في الْمَكْتُوبَةِ: آمِين".
