"لَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأذَنَ، والثَّيِّبُ يُصيبُ مِنْ إِذنِهَا مَا لَمْ يَدْعُ إِلَى سَخْطَةٍ؛ فَإِذَا دَعَتْ إِلَى سَخطَةٍ وَأوْلياؤُها إِلَى الرضى رُفِعَ شَأنُها إِلى السُّلطَانِ".
