"خَيْرُ صَلَاتِكُمْ صَلَاتُكُمْ لى بُيُوتِكُمْ إِلَّا صَلَاةَ الفَرِيضَة".  

[خط] الخطيب في المتفق والمفترق عن زيد بن ثابت، وقال: قال ابن حوصاءَ: لم يتابع إِسماعيلَ بن أبان بن محمد بن جُوى الشامى أَحدٌ على رفع هذا الحديث، انتهى، رواه إِسماعيل هذا عن أَبى مسهر عبد الأَعلى بن مسهر عن مالك وهو في الموطأ موقوف، ولم يذكر إِسماعيل هذا بجرح
