"حُسْنُ الصَّوْتِ زِينَةٌ لِلقُرآن".  

ابن نصر في الصلاة، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [حل] أبى نعيم في الحلية عن ابن مسعود (أَنه كان يبعث إِلى علقمةَ -وكان حسن الصوتِ بالقرآن- فيقولُ له: رتِّل فِداك أَبى وأُمى؟ فإِنِّى سمعت وسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول وذكره)
