قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلاَ جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا
"A previously married woman has more right (to decide) about herself (with regard to marriage) than her guardian, and an orphan girl should be consulted with regard to marriage, and her permission is her silence."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِأَمْرِهَا وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا
The Prophet ﷺ said: An orphan virgin girl should be consulted about herself; if she says nothing that indicates her permission, but if she refuses, the authority of the guardian cannot be exercised against her will.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلاَ جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا وَالإِخْبَارُ فِي حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ
The Messenger of Allah said: "An orphan is to be consulted about herself, then if she is silent that is her permission, and if she refuses, then do not authorize it (the marriage) for her" (meaning: when she attains the age of puberty and refuses it.)

[AI] That he proposed to a relative of his for his daughter. He said: The mother of the woman desired Ibn ʿUmar, while her father desired an orphan of his. So the father married her to that orphan of his. Then she came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him, and the Prophet ﷺ said: “Let women have a say regarding their daughters.”
أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ إِلَى نَسِيبٍ لَهُ ابْنَتَهُ قَالَ فَكَانَ هَوَى أُمِّ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَكَانَ هَوَى أَبِيهَا فِي يَتِيمٍ لَهُ قَالَ فَزَوَّجَهَا الْأَبُ يَتِيمَهُ ذَلِكَ فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَمِّرُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي بَنَاتِهِنَّ

[Machine] "On the authority of Ursa bin Amira Al-Kindi, a man from the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, 'Command women with regard to themselves, for a non-virgin woman expresses herself, and the pleasure of a virgin lies in her silence.'"
عَنْ عُرْسِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ الْكِنْدِيِّ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ وَآمِرُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَنْفُسِهِنَّ فَإِنَّ الثَّيِّبَ تُعْرِبُ عَنْ نَفْسِهَا وَالْبِكْرُ رِضَاهَا صَمْتُهَا
“Consult the orphan girl about herself, and her consent is her silence.”
"آمِّرُوا الْيَتِيمَةَ في نَفْسِها وإِذْنُها صمَاتُها ".
آمِّرُوا النَّساءَ في أَنْفُسِهِنَّ فإنّ الثَّيِّبَ تُعْرِبُ عن نفسِها والبكرَ رضاها صَمْتها".
"عن الشعبى عن عمر وعلى قالا: تُسْتَأمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِى نَفْسِهَا، وَرِضَاهَا أَنْ تَسْكُتَ".
"تُستَأمَرُ اليَتِيمَة في نفْسِهَا؛ فإِنْ سَكَتَتْ، فَهُوَ إِذنهَا، وَإِن أبَتْ فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيهَا".
"تُسْتَأمَرُ اليَتِيمَة في نَفْسِهَا، فإِن سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَت، وإن أَنكَرَتْ، لَم تُزَوَّج".
"تُسْتَأمَرُ اليَتيمَة في نَفْسِهَا، وَصَمْتُهَا: إِقْرَارُهَا".
