قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (life-long gift) is permissible for the one to whom it is given, and Ruqba is permissible to the one to whom it is given, and the one who takes back his gift is like the one who goes back to his vomit.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3710)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا وَالْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ appointed the person to whom he was assigned and the person who was in charge of something.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ جَعَلَ الرُّقْبَى لِلَّذِي أُرْقِبَهَا وَالْعُمْرَى لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا
ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ ﷺ فَهُوَ لَهُ أَرَادَ بِهِ لِمَنْ أَعْمَرَ وَلِمَنْ أَرْقَبَ
[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "Al-Umra (a type of minor pilgrimage) is for the one who performs it, and ar-Ruqba (a type of major pilgrimage) is not for me to oversee."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أَعْمَرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى لَمْ أَرْقَبَهَا»
حُجْرُ الْمَدَرِيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ made the ransom for the necks of those he took captive and the ransom for the young ones raised.
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ جَعَلَ الرُّقْبَى لِلَّذِي أَرْقَبَهَا وَالْعُمْرَى لِلَّذِي أَعْمَرَهَا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Umrah (a pilgrimage to Mecca) is a reward for those who perform it, and captivity is a means of punishment for those who are captured. Its way is the way of inheritance."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
