ابن خزيمة:٣٠٠٣حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التِّرْمِذِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْثَرٌ عَنِ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ وَعَلَيْهِ صِيَامُ شَهْرٍ فَلْيُطْعَمْ عَنْهُ مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ هَذَا عِنْدِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَاضِي الْكُوفَةِ
