55. Book of Contagions and Omens
The Prophet ﷺ said: There is no hamah, no infection and no evil omen; if there is in anything an evil omen, it is a house, a horse, and a woman. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3921)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "There is no 'Adwah (contagious disease) and no Safar (transmission of disease without the permission of Allah) and no Hamah (owl superstition)."
