الحاكم:٣٩٣١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {لَا أُقْسِمُ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ} [البلد 2] قَالَ «أَحَلَّ لَهُ أَنْ يَصْنَعَ فِيهِ مَا شَاءَ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
