الحاكم:٣١٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ} [النساء 6] فَلَا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ {وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} [النساء 6] يَأْكُلُ مِنْ مَالِهِ مِثْلَ أَنْ يَقُوتَ حَتَّى لَا يَحْتَاجَ إِلَى مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» صحيح
