[Machine] From the Prophet (pbuh) who said, "The Quran was revealed with three letters."  

الحاكم:٢٨٨٤أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْجَلَّابُ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ قَالَا ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أُنْزِلَ الْقُرْآنُ عَلَى ثَلَاثَةِ أَحْرُفٍ»  

قَدِ احْتَجَّ الْبُخَارِيُّ بِرِوَايَةِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ وَاحْتَجَّ مُسْلِمٌ بِأَحَادِيثِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ صَحِيحٌ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ عِلَّةٌ صحيح ليس له علة
