11. Book of Marriage (2/2)
[Machine] "Indeed, the Jews said to the Muslims: Whoever approaches his wife from behind, his child will be illegitimate. So Allah, the Exalted, revealed: "Your women are a plowed field for you, so come to your field however you wish." [Al-Baqarah 223].
11.31 [Machine] The man sees a woman and is afraid for himself.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a woman who impressed him, so he went to Sawdah while she was making perfume and had women with her. He asked them to leave him alone, fulfilled his need and then said, "If any man sees a woman who impresses him, let him go to his wife, for she has the same qualities as the other woman."
11.32 [Machine] In the marriage of virgins
[Machine] "We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and when we camped, I hurried and someone riding caught up with me. He said, 'I turned back and there was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with me.' He said to me, 'What made you hurry, Jabir?' I said, 'I am newly married.' He said, 'Did you marry a virgin or a previously married woman?' I said, 'No, a previously married woman.' He said, 'Why didn't you marry a virgin so you could play with her and she could play with you?' Then he said to me, 'When you enter (your wife), do so from the easy direction.' When we entered (Medina), we waited until it was evening, meaning it was time for dinner, so that she could tidy her hair and put on perfume."
11.33 [Machine] In Al Ghaylah
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I had intended to forbid the practice of Ghila (maternal aunt) but then I remembered that the Persians and the Romans practice it and it does not harm their children." Abu Muhammad said, "Ghila refers to sexual intercourse with a woman while she is breastfeeding."
11.34 [Machine] In the prohibition of hitting women
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never struck a servant and he never struck anything with his hand except when he was fighting in the cause of Allah, the Almighty and Glorious."
Do not beat Allah's handmaidens, but when Umar came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: Women have become emboldened towards their husbands, he (the Prophet) gave permission to beat them. Then many women came round the family of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ complaining against their husbands. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Many women have gone round Muhammad's family complaining against their husbands. They are not the best among you. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2146)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to the people one day, and he advised them about women. He said, "What is the matter with a man who beats his wife like the beating of a slave, and then he lies with her on the last day?"
11.35 [Machine] Management of One's Household
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, woman was created from a rib, and indeed, if you try to straighten her, you will break her. So, treat her kindly, as there is goodness in her and she is your partner."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, a woman is like a rib: if you straighten her, she will break; and if you enjoy her, you enjoy her with her flaw."
11.36 [Machine] In isolation
“A man asked the Messenger of about coitus interruptus. He said: 'Do you do that? If you do not do so, it will not harm; for there is no soul that (SWT) has decreed will exist but it will come into being.' “ (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1926)
[Machine] We said, "O Messenger of Allah, if a man has a slave-girl and he dislikes that she becomes pregnant, should he separate from her? And if a man has a wife who is breastfeeding and he dislikes that she becomes pregnant, should he separate from her?" He said, "It is not upon you to do so, as it is a matter of fate." Ibn 'Awn said, "I mentioned this to Al-Hasan, and he said, 'By Allah, it is as if this is a prohibition, and by Allah, it is as if this is a prohibition.'"
11.37 [Machine] In jealousy
Nothing is more loveable to Allah than His praise as He has praised Himself and no one is more self-respecting than Allah Himself and it As because of this that He has prohibited abominable acts. (Using translation from Muslim 2760a)
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: From jealousy there is that which Allah loves, and from it there is that which Allah hates. The jealousy that Allah loves is the jealousy regarding suspicion, and the jealousy that Allah hates is the jealousy without any basis for suspicion."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was informed that Sa'd ibn Ubada said, "If I found a man with her, I would strike her with a sword, not sparing her." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Are you surprised by Sa'd's jealousy? I am more jealous than Sa'd, and Allah is more jealous than me. That is why He has forbidden the committing of indecent acts, whether openly or in secret. No one is more jealous than Allah, and I am the most beloved to Him when seeking forgiveness. That is why Allah sent prophets as bearers of good news and warners. No one is more beloved to Him than the one who praises Allah, and that is why He has promised Paradise."
11.38 [Machine] In the right of the husband over the woman
[Machine] The Prophet (pbuh) said, "When a woman goes to her husband's bed at night and he refuses her, then the angels curse her until she returns."
11.39 [Machine] In the mud
[Machine] "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a man who finds another man with his wife, should he kill him and they kill him, or how should he act?" The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, "Allah has revealed regarding you and your wife, so go and bring her." Sahil, who was present among the people before the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, cursed her. When they finished cursing each other, he said, "O Messenger of Allah, I lied about her. If I had caught her, I would have divorced her three times before the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, ordered me." Ibn Shihab said, "And that was after the Sunnah of the two who cursed each other."
[Machine] A person named 'Uwaymir came to 'Asim ibn 'Adi, who was the leader of Bani 'Ajlan tribe. He mentioned something similar to what he said before, but he did not mention divorcing her three times.
"I was asked about those who were involved in the case of Li'an and if they are to be separated, during the leadership of Mus'ab bin Az-Zubair. I did not know what to say. So I went to the house of Abdullah bin Umar and I sought permission to enter. I was told that he was taking a nap, but he heard me talking and he said: 'Is it Ibn Jubair? Enter. You would not have come except for a need.'"He said: "So I entered and found him lying on a saddlecloth from his mount. I said: 'O Abu Abdur-Rahman! Are those involved in Li'an separated?' He said: 'Glorious is Allah! Yes. The first who asked about that was so-and-so the son of so-and-so. He came to the Prophet and said: "O Messenger of Allah! If one of us saw his wife committing adultery what should he do? If he were to say anything, his statement would be a horrible matter, and if he were to remain silent, his silence about the matter would be horrible." "He said: 'So the Prophet remained silent and did not answer him. Afterwards he came to the Prophet and said: "The one who asked you about it has been tried by it." So Allah revealed these Ayat from Surat An-Nur. And those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves - until the end of those Ayat. So he called for the man and recited the Ayat to him and admonished him, reminded him, and he told him: "Indeed the punishment of the world is less than the punishment of the Hereafter." So he said: "Nay! By the One Who sent you with the truth! I did not lie about her." Then he did the same with the woman, admonished her and reminding her and he told her: "Indeed the punishment of the world is less than the punishment of the Hereafter." She said: "Nay! By the One Who sent you with the truth! He is not telling the truth.'" "He said: 'So he started with the man: He testified four times, by Allah that he is one of the truthful, and the fifth time that the curse of Allah be upon him if he was one of the liars. Then the same with the woman: She testified four times by Allah, that he was one of the liars, and the fifth time that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he was one of the truthful. Then he separated the two of them.'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1202)

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ separated between the two cursed ones and reunited the child with his mother.
11.40 [Machine] In a person marries without permission from his master
The Prophet ﷺ said: If any slave marries without the permission of his masters, he is a fornicator. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2078)
Abdullah narrated that the Prophet said: "Whichever slave gets married without the permission of his owner, then he is a fornicator." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1112)
11.41 [Machine] The child to the bed
The Prophet ﷺ said, "The boy is for (the owner of) the bed and the stone is for the person who commits illegal sexual intercourse.' (Using translation from Bukhārī 6818)
ʿThe child belongs to the (husband or master of the) woman.ʿ (Using translation from Aḥmad 173)
[Machine] 'Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , said, "Utbah ibn Abi Waqqas made a request to his brother Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas to give him custody of his son from Walidah Zam'ah. Utbah claimed that the child was his. When the Prophet ﷺ arrived during the time of conquest, Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas presented the son of Walidah Zam'ah to him. Is this true?" Ash-Sha'abi said, "Abu Burdah ibn Abi Musa informed me that his father said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There are three whose reward is given twice: a man from the people of the Book who believed in his prophet and then believed in the Prophet ﷺ and followed him, and a slave who fulfilled the rights of Allah and the rights of his master, and a man who had a female slave and he fed her and treated her well and taught her well. Then he set her free and married her."
Ash-Sha'abi then said to the man, "Take this hadith without doubt, for he used to travel to Medina for matters less important than this." Hushaim said, "They informed me in Basra, so I went to him and asked him about it."
