The Prophet ﷺ said, "I shall accept the invitation even if I were invited to a meal of a sheep's trotter, and I shall accept the gift even if it were an arm or a trotter of a sheep."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى ذِرَاعٍ أَوْ كُرَاعٍ لأَجَبْتُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَىَّ ذِرَاعٌ أَوْ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ

When you are invited to a feast (even though it is) the leg of the sheep, you should accept it.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ فَأَجِيبُوا

"There is no fara' and no' Atirah." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4222)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا فَرَعَ وَلَا عَتِيرَةَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If I were given a gift of a forearm, I would accept it. And if I were invited to a sheep's shoulder, I would respond." Waki' mentioned in his narration, "If a forearm were to be given to me."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْ أُهْدِيَتْ لِي ذِرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعٌ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "If I were called to a sheep's trotter or an arm, I would respond. And if I were offered an arm, I would accept it." He also said: "I have never seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finding fault with any food. If he desired it, he would eat it, and if he did not, he would leave it."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ أَوْ ذِرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ قَالَ وَمَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَابَ طَعَامًا قَطُّ إِنْ اشْتَهَاهُ أَكَلَهُ وَإِلَّا تَرَكَهُ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If I am invited to a meal of trotters I will accept it; and if I am given a trotter as a present I will accept it." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5178)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever asks you for something in the name of Allah, give it to him. And whoever invites you, respond to him. If I were to be given a gift of a hoof, I would accept it, and if I were invited to a meal, I would respond."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ سَأَلَكُمْ بِاللهِ فَأَعْطُوهُ وَمَنْ دَعَاكُمْ فَأَجِيبُوهُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If I were gifted a goat, I would accept it, and if I were invited by Abdul Wahhab, I would respond, and if Rooh were called, I would answer."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ إِلَيْهِ وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ عَلَيْهِ لَأَجَبْتُ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "War is deceit." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1675)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْحَرْبُ خَدْعَةٌ

Accept the feast, when you are invited. (Using translation from Muslim 1429d)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِيتُوا الدَّعْوَةَ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ»

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "If I were given a gift of a sheep, I would accept it, and if I were invited to a meal, I would attend."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُهُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَيْهِ لَأَجَبْتُهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If I were invited to a mountain, I would respond, and if I were given a gift, I would accept it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ لَقَبِلْتُ»

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَذَهَبْتُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ لَقَبِلْتُ

قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ يَا معشر الأنصار تهادوا فإن الهدية تسل السخيمة لو أهدي إلى كراع لقبلت ولو دعيت إلى ذراع لأجبت

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no riba (usury or interest), except in matters of indebtedness."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا رِبًا إِلَّا فِي الدِّينِ»

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "War is deceit." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1675)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْحَرْبُ خَدْعَةٌ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If I were invited to a sheep's trotter, I would respond."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever asks you in the name of Allah, then give to him. And whoever seeks refuge with you in the name of Allah, then grant him refuge. And whoever invites you, then respond to him. And whoever offers you a gift, then accept it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ سَأَلَكُمْ بِاللهِ فَأَعْطُوهُ وَمَنِ اسْتَعَاذَكُمْ بِاللهِ فَأَعِيذُوهُ وَمَنْ دَعَاكُمْ فَأَجِيبُوهُ وَمَنْ أَهْدَى إِلَيْكُمْ كُرَاعًا فَاقْبَلُوهُ»

[AI] I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the reward for the wealthy person towards the poor?" He said, "Advice and supplication." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I dislike returning kindness." He said, "How ugly it would be if someone were to offer me a gift and I refused it. And if I were invited to a meal, I would respond."

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا جَزَاءُ الْغَنِيِّ مِنَ الْفَقِيرِ؟ قَالَ «النَّصِيحَةُ وَالدُّعَاءُ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نَكْرَهُ رَدَّ اللُّطْفِ قَالَ «مَا أَقْبَحَهُ لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى ذِرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "I shall accept the invitation even if I were invited to a meal of a sheep's trotter, and I shall accept the gift even if it were an arm or a trotter of a sheep." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2568)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ أَوْ إِلَى ذِرَاعٍ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعٌ أَوْ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ»

"أَلَا لَا يرُدُّ أَحدُكُمْ هدِيَّةَ أَخِيه وإِنْ وجد فَليُكَافِئْهْ، والَّذِى نَفْسِى بيده لَو أُهْدِيتْ لِى ذراعٌ لَقَبِلت، ولَو دُعِيتُ إِلى كِراعٍ لأَجبْتُ".

("تَهَادَوْا، فَإِنَّ الْهديَّةَ تَذْهَبُ بالسَّخيمَة، وَلَوْ دُعيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ أَوْ ذِرَاعٍ لأَجَبْتُ، وَلَوْ أُهْدِى إِلَّى كُرَاعٌ أَو ذِرَاعٌ لَقَبِلتُ".

"لَوْ أُهْدِى إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقبِلتُ، وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ عَلَيهِ لأجَبَتُ".

"لَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبلت، وَلَوْ دُعيتُ إلَى ذرَاعٍ لأجَبْتُ".

"لَوْ دُعيتُ إِلَى ذرَاعٍ أوْ كُراعٍ لأجَبتُ، وَلَوْ أهْدِى إِلَيّ ذِرَاعٌ أوْ كُرَاع لَقَبِلتُ".

"لَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلى كُرَاعٍ لأجَبْتُ".

"مَا أقْبَحَهُ لَوْ أهْدِى إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلتُ، وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى ذِرَاع لأجَبْتُ".
