The Prophet ﷺ ruled that the owner of a mount is more entitled to ride on the front part of it.

قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا

[AI] "From the Prophet, ﷺ , he said: 'A person has the most right to the space in his/her mount and has the most right to his/her seat when he/she returns.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ دَابَّتِهِ وَأَحَقُّ بِمَجْلِسِهِ إِذَا رَجَعَ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ صاحب الدابة أحق بصدرها

The Prophet ﷺ ruled that the owner of a mount is more entitled to ride on the front part of it. (Using translation from Aḥmad 119)

قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A man has the right to the breast of his riding animal, and a man has the right to the breast of his bed." He said: "The two are a group, and the three are a group, and whatever is more is a group."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ دَابَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ فِرَاشِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الِاثْنَانِ جَمَاعَةٌ وَالثَّلَاثَةُ جَمَاعَةٌ وَمَا كَثُرَ فَهُوَ جَمَاعَةٌ

"إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ أَحقُّ بِصَدْرِ دابَّتِهِ وَصَدْرِ فِراشِه، وأَنْ يَؤُمَّ فِي رَحْلِهِ".

"الرَّجُلُ أحَقُّ بِصدْرِ دَابَّته، وأَحَقُّ بِمجْلِسِهِ إِذا رَجَعَ".

"الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ دَابّتِه، وَبِصَدْرِ فِرَاشِهِ، وأنْ يَؤمَّ في رَحْلِهِ".

"الرَّجُلُ أحَقُّ بِصَدْر دَابَّتِهِ، والرَّجُلُ أحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ فِرَاشِهِ".

"صَاحِبُ الدابة أَحَق بِصَدْرِها".

"صَاحِبُ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بصَدْرِهَا إِلَّا مَن أَذِنَ"

"عَنْ عمر قالَ: قَضَى رَسولُ اللَّه ﷺ ، أن صاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أحقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا".
