ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ الَّذِي وَصَفْنَاهُ إِنَّمَا هُوَ أَمْرُ فَضِيلَةٍ لِمَنْ أَحَبَّ ذَلِكَ، لَا أَنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ فَاتَتْهُ صَلَاةٌ يُعِيدُهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا وَالْوَقْتُ الثَّانِي مِنْ غَيْرِهَا

[Machine] We accompanied the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a battle. When it was late at night, he got married. As soon as he woke up, he woke us up before the heat of the sun. The man stood up astonished and terrified. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Mount (your horses)." He mounted his horse and we mounted ours, and we set off until the sun rose. Then he stopped and ordered Bilal to call the Adhan. The people finished their needs, performed ablution, and prayed two Rak'ahs. Then he led us in prayer. We said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we make up these prayers at their prescribed time tomorrow?" He said, "Does your Lord forbid you from praying at the time of their occurrence and accept it from you?"

سِرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي غَزَاةٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ عَرَّسَ فَمَا اسْتَيْقَظَ حَتَّى أَيْقَظَنَا حَرُّ الشَّمْسِ فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَقُومُ دَهِشًا فَزِعًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ارْكَبُوا» فَرَكِبَ وَرَكِبْنَا فَسَارَ حَتَّى ارْتَفَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ ثُمَّ نَزَلَ فَأَمَرَ بِلَالًا فَأَذَّنَ وَفَرَغَ الْقَوْمُ مِنْ حَاجَاتِهِمْ وَتَوَضَّؤُوا وَصَلَّوَا الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّى بِنَا فَقُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نَقْضِيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا مِنَ الْغَدِ؟ قَالَ «يَنْهَاكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ عَنِ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنْكُمْ؟ »

[Machine] We accompanied the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on an expedition or raid. When it was approaching dawn, we got married. We did not wake up until the intense heat of the sun woke us up, making the people panic and surprised. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up, he ordered us to depart. So we set off until the sun rose. Then we descended and the people fulfilled their needs. Then he ordered Bilal to make the call to prayer and we performed two units of prayer. Then he led the congregation prayer. Afterwards, we asked the Prophet ﷺ , "Shouldn't we delay it until its appointed time tomorrow?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Allah forbids you from consuming usury but accepts it from you. Similarly..."

سَرَيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي غَزَاةٍ أَوْ قَالَ سَرِيَّةٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي آخِرِ السَّحَرِ عَرَّسْنَا فَمَا اسْتَيْقَظْنَا حَتَّى أَيْقَظَنَا حَرُّ الشَّمْسِ فَجَعَلَ الْقَوْمُ مِنَّا يَنْتَبِهُ فَزِعًا دَهِشًا فَلَمَّا اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَنَا فَارْتَحَلْنَا ثُمَّ سِرْنَا حَتَّى ارْتَفَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ ثُمَّ نَزَلْنَا فَقَضَى الْقَوْمُ حَوَائِجَهُمْ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا فَأَذَّنَ فَصَلَّيْنَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَهُ فَأَقَامَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْغَدَاةَ فَقُلْنَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ أَلَا نَقْضِيَهَا مِنَ الْغَدِ لِوَقْتِهَا فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْهَاكُمُ اللهُ عَنِ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنْكُمْ وَكَذَلِكَ
