Satan himself is scared of Umar ᴿᴬ
Umar asked permission to enter upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while there were women from Quraysh with him, speaking to him and asking much of him, their voices raised. When Umar asked permission, they got up and rushed toward the hijab (screen). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave him permission, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was laughing. Umar said, “May Allah ﷻ make you smile, O Messenger of Allah.” He said: “I was amazed at these women who were with me; when they heard your voice, they rushed toward the hijab.”
Umar said, “You, O Messenger of Allah, were more deserving that they should be in awe of you.” Then he said, “O enemies of their own selves, do you stand in awe of me and not stand in awe of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?” They said, “Yes; you are harsher and sterner than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “By Him in whose hand is my soul, Satan has never met you taking a path except that he takes a path other than yours.”
ʿUmar bin Al-Khattab asked the permission of Messenger of Allah ﷺ to see him while some Quraishi women were sitting with him, talking to him and asking him for more expenses, raising their voices above the voice of Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When ʿUmar asked for the permission to enter, the women quickly put on their veils. Allah'sf Apostle allowed him to enter and ʿUmar came in while Messenger of Allah ﷺ was smiling, ʿUmar said "O Allah's Apostle! May Allah always keep you smiling." The Prophet ﷺ said, "These women who have been here, roused my wonder, for as soon as they heard your voice, they quickly put on their veils. "ʿUmar said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! You have more right to be feared by them than I." Then ʿUmar addressed the women saying, "O enemies of yourselves! You fear me more than you do Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?" They said, "Yes, for you are harsher and sterner than Messenger of Allah ﷺ." Then Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Ibn Al-Khattab! By Him in Whose Hands my life is! Never does Satan find you going on a way, but he takes another way other than yours."

[AI] Umar ibn Al-Khattab entered upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was with some women from the Quraysh who were asking him questions and speaking loudly. When they heard Umar's voice, they immediately became quiet. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ laughed and said to Umar, "O enemies of yourselves! They obey me and not the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?" They replied, "Indeed, you are more strict and severe than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "O Umar, whenever the Shaytan sees you taking a path, he takes a different path except for your path."

[AI] Umar sought permission from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , who had his wives with him, and their voices were louder than his. So he granted him permission, and they went away. Umar entered, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was laughing. Umar said, "May Allah make you laugh, O Messenger of Allah, my father and mother be sacrificed for you." He said, "I marveled at the wives' competition to be with me. So when they heard your voice, they hastened and went away." He turned towards them and said, "What audacious souls they have! By Allah, O Messenger of Allah, they were more entitled to outdo me." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Leave them, O Umar, for by Allah, if Satan meets you in a path, he would take a different path other than yours."
