[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ prohibit a man from sitting on a grave, shaving it, or building on it.

البيهقي:٦٧٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺنَهَى أَنْ يَقْعُدَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ أَوْ يُقَصَّصَ أَوْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ 6763 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى وَعَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ زَادَ أَوْ يُزَادُ عَلَيْهِ وَزَادَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَوْ أَنْ يُكْتَبَ عَلَيْهِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ وَلَا تَجْعَلُنَّ عَلَى قَبْرِي بِنَاءً وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ وَلَا تَضْرِبُنَّ عَلَيَّ فُسْطَاطًا وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ كَذَلِكَ
