البيهقي:٣٦٢١ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

إِذَا وَجَدْتَ الْإِمَامَ عَلَى حَالٍ فَاصْنَعْ كَمَا يَصْنَعُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مَعْنَى هَذَا مَرْفُوعًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ
