[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited wearing two garments on one's body and raising one leg over the other while lying on one's back.

البيهقي:٣٢٠٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ اشْتِمَالِ الصَّمَّاءِ وَالِاحْتِبَاءِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ وَأَنْ يَرْفَعَ الرَّجُلُ إِحْدَى رِجْلَيْهِ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى وَهُوَ مُسْتَلْقٍ عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ وَيُشْبِهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ النَّهْيُ عَنْ أَنْ يَرْفَعَ الرَّجُلُ إِحْدَى رِجْلَيْهِ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى مَعَ ضِيقٍ مُسْتَلْقِيًا مِنْ أَجْلِ انْكِشَافِ الْعَوْرَةِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمُسْتَلْقِيَ إِذَا رَفَعَ إِحْدَى رِجْلَيْهِ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى مَعَ ضِيقِ الْإِزَارِ لَمْ يَسْلَمْ مِنْ أَنْ يَنْكَشِفَ شَيْءٌ مِنْ فَخِذَيْهِ وَالْفَخِذُ عَوْرَةٌ فَأَمَّا إِذَا كَانَ الْإِزَارُ سَابِغًا أَوْ كَانَ لَابِسُهُ عَنِ التَّكَشُّفِ مُتَوَقِّيًا فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ قَالَهُ أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ فِيمَا بَلَغَنِي عَنْهُ اسْتِدْلَالًا بِمَا
