[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If two people are forced to choose between the right and the left, they should prefer the right and separate themselves with this wording."  

البيهقي:٢١٢١٨ – وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ فَاسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَأَسْهِمْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَبِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ  

رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ وَجَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ إِلَّا أَنَّ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَحْمَدَ إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ وَاسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَلْيَسْتَهِمَا عَلَيْهَا يَعْنِي وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ كَرِهَاهَا أَوِ اسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَفِي الْحَالَيْنِ جَمِيعًا يُقْرَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ النَّضْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِذَا كَرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ الْيَمِينَ أَوِ اسْتَحَبَّاهَا اسْتَهَمَا عَلَيْهِ
