البيهقي:١٨٣٥٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَصَابُوا رَجُلًا مِنْ عُظَمَاءِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَسَأَلُوهُمْ أَنْ

يَشْتَرُوهُ فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعُوا جِيفَةَ مُشْرِكٍ
