البيهقي:١٤٠٠٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ قَالَا ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ نِكَاحُ الْحُرَّةِ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ 14007 وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ السَّمَّانُ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ تَزْوِيجُ الْحُرَّةِ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا

عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ السَّمَّانُ فَذَكَرَهُ
