[Machine] In this verse and the married women, except those whom your right hand possesses. (It is permissible for you to have relations with) all women except for what you have captured.  

البيهقي:١٣٩٥٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْعَدْلُ أنبأ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ قَالَ كُلُّ ذَاتِ زَوْجٍ إِتْيَانُهَا زِنًا إِلَّا مَا سَبَيْتَ

[Machine] He said, "This verse {And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess} [Quran 4:24], he said: 'Every married woman who commits adultery, except those taken as captives.'"

أَنَّهُ قَالَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ {وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ} [النساء 24] قَالَ «كُلُّ ذَاتِ زَوْجٍ إِتْيَانُهَا زِنًا إِلَّا مَا سُبِيَتْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
