[Machine] "From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: The world will not end, or the world will not pass away until a man from my household rules over the Arabs, and his name will match my name."

[Machine] About a man who married a woman but did not give her a dowry, and he died before consummating the marriage with her and without saying anything about her. They then returned and came to him, asking him. He said, "I will give my opinion about her with the best of my knowledge. If I am right, then Allah, the Almighty, has guided me to that, and if I am wrong, then it is from me. She has the dowry of her fellow women, and she is entitled to inheritance, and she has the waiting period." Then a brave man stood up and said, "I bear witness that the Prophet ﷺ has ruled in this matter." He asked, "Who else will testify for you in this?" So Abu Al-Jarrah testified to that.

when we (prayed and) sat up during prayer along the Messenger of Allah (may peach be upon him), we said: “Peace be to Allah before it is supplicated for His servants; peace be to so and so. “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Do not say “Peace be to Allah ,”for Allah Himself is peace. When one of you sits(during the prayer), he should say: The adoration of the tongue are due to Allah, and acts of worship and all good things. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah’s mercy and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon Allah’s upright servants. When you say that, it reaches every upright servant in heavens and earth or between heavens and earth. I testify that there is no god but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and apostle. Then he may choose any supplication which pleases him and offer it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 968)

[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Which sin is the greatest?" The Prophet replied, "To associate partners with Allah while He has created you." The man asked again, "Then what?" The Prophet said, "To kill your child out of fear that he will share your food with you." The man asked once more, "Then what?" The Prophet replied, "To commit adultery with your neighbor's wife." At that moment, Allah revealed in His book the confirmation of what the Prophet had said, "And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit adultery. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty" (Quran 25:68).

[Machine] We said, "O Messenger of Allah, Ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us from Sulayman, who said, 'I heard Abu Wa'il narrating from Abdullah who said, "We said, 'O Messenger of Allah, will we be held accountable for what we did during the time of ignorance?' He said, 'Whoever does good deeds in Islam will not be held accountable for what they did during the time of ignorance, and whoever does evil deeds in Islam will be held accountable for both their first and last."'"

ahmad:4104Wakīʿ And Ibn Numayr al-Maʿná > al-Aʿmash > Abū al-Ḍuḥá > Masrūq > Baynā a man

[Machine] While a man was speaking in the grand mosque, he said, "On the Day of Judgment, smoke will come down from the sky and it will seize the ears and sight of the hypocrites, while the believers will be affected by it like a common cold." Masrouq said, "I entered upon Abdullah and mentioned this to him. He was reclining and he sat up straight and began speaking. He said, 'O people, whoever has knowledge about something should speak about it, and if he does not have knowledge, he should say, "Allah knows best." Indeed, part of knowledge is to say about something you do not know, "Allah knows best." Surely, Allah Almighty said to His Prophet ﷺ , "Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it, nor am I one of the pretentious.'" (Surah As-Saba, 34:86) When the Quraysh defeated the Prophet ﷺ and disobeyed him, he supplicated, "O Allah, help me against them with seven years of famine like the one experienced by Prophet Joseph ﷺ ." He then narrated that they endured a year in which they ate bones and carrion from hunger, to the point that one of them could see what was between him and the sky due to extreme hunger. They proclaimed, "Our Lord, remove from us the punishment; indeed, we are believers." (Surah Ad-Dukhan, 44:12) It was said to him, "If we remove it from them, they will return." So, he supplicated to his Lord and He removed it from them, and they returned to their old ways. Then, Allah took revenge on them on the Day of Badr. That is what He, the Most High, said: 'So wait for the Day when the heaven will bring forth a visible smoke.' (Surah Ad-Dukhan, 44:10) until: 'On the Day the punishment will cover them from above them and from below their feet and it is said, "Taste [the result of] what you used to do."' (Surah Ad-Dukhan, 44:16) Ibn Numayr said in his narration, "Abdullah said, 'If it were the Day of Judgment, it would not be removed from them.'"

Avoid falsehood, for falsehood leads to wickedness, and wickedness to hell; and if a man continues to speak falsehood and makes falsehood his object, he will be recorded in Allah’s presence as a great liar. And adhere to truth, for truth leads to good deeds, and good deeds lead to paradise. If a man continues to speak the truth and makes truth his object, he will be recorded in Allah’s presence as eminently truthful. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4989)

0 Allah, enable me to derive benefit from my husband, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and from my father Abu Sufyan and from my brother Mu'awiya. Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: You have asked from Allah about durations of life already set, and the length of days already allotted and the sustenances the share of which has been fixed. Allah would not do anything earlier before its due time, or He would not delay anything beyond its due time. And if you were to ask Allah to provide you refuge from the torment of the HellFire, or from the torment of the grave, it would have good in store for you and better for you also. He (the narrator) further said: Mention was made before him about monkeys, and Mis'ar (one of the narrators) said: I think that (the narrator) also (made a mention) of the swine, which had suffered metamorphosis. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Verily, Allah did not cause the race of those which suffered metamorphosis to grow or they were not survived by young ones. Monkeys and swine had been in existence even before (the metamorphosis of the human beings). (Using translation from Muslim 2663b)

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, which sin is greater?" So he mentioned it, and then he recited, "And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity" [Al-Furqan 68] until "disgraced" [Al-Furqan 69].

Ibn Mas’ud said “ I never saw the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ observe a prayer out of its proper time except(two prayers) at Al Muzdalifah. He combined the sunset and night prayers at Al Muzdalifah and he offered the dawn prayer that day before its proper time. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1934)

If I were to swear by Allah nine times that, indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has been killed, that would be more beloved to me than swearing only once that he was not killed, because Allah ﷻ took His Prophet and made him into a martyr. He said: Then I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he said: They used to say that the Jews poisoned him and his Abū Bakr.

O Allah, forgive me, for You are the accepter of repentance.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew lines for us and said, "This is the way of Allah." Then he drew lines to the right and left of it and said, "These are other ways." He added, "There are devils upon every one of these ways, inviting people to it." Then he recited, "And indeed, this is My straight path, so follow it; and do not follow other ways, for it will separate you from His way." [Surah Al-An'am: 153]

[Machine] "We used to speak during prayer, greet each other, and advise one another about our needs. So, I approached the Prophet ﷺ and greeted him while he was praying, but he did not respond to me. He seized my hand and prevented me from moving forward or speaking. After he finished the prayer, he said, 'Indeed, Allah, the Almighty, speaks and decrees whatever He wills, and He has commanded that no one should speak during the prayer.'"

Once there blew a red storm in Kufah that there came a person who had nothing to say but (these words): ʿAbdullah b. Masʿud, the Last Hour has come. He (ʿAbdullah b. Masʿud) was sitting reclining against something, and he said: The Last Hour would not come until shares of inheritance are not distributed and there is no rejoicing over spoils of war. Then he said pointing towards Syria, with the gesture of his hand like this: The enemy shall muster strength against Muslims and the Muslims will muster strength against them (Syrians). I said: You mean Rome? And he said: Yes, and there would be a terrible fight and the Muslims would prepare a detachment (for fighting unto death) which would not return but victorious. They will fight until night will intervene them; both the sides will return without being victorious and both will be wiped out. The Muslims will again prepare a detachment for fighting unto death so that they may not return but victorious. When it would be the fourth day, a new detachment out of the remnant of the Muslims would be prepared and Allah will decree that the enemy should be routed. And they would fight such a fight the like of which would not be seen, so much so that even if a bird were to pass their flanks, it would fall down dead before reaching the end of them. (There would be such a large scale massacre) that when counting would be done, (only) one out of a hundred men related to one another would be found alive. So what can be the joy at the spoils of such war and what inheritance would be divided! They would be in this very state that they would hear of a calamity more horrible than this. And a cry would reach them: The Dajjal has taken your place among your offspring. They will, therefore, throw away what would be in their hands and go forward sending ten horsemen, as a scouting party. Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I know their names and the names of their forefathers and the color of their horses. They will be the best horsemen on the surface of the earth on that day or amongst the best horsemen on the surface of the earth on that day. (Using translation from Muslim 2899a)
