Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq was heard to say, "The dua of a brother in Allah is answered."

الأدب المفرد:٦٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَيْوَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ الْمَعَافِرِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيَّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الصُّنَابِحِيَّ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ: إِنَّ دَعْوَةَ الأَخِ فِي اللهِ تُسْتَجَابُ
