[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) used to say "Allahu Akbar" loudly three times at the beginning of the prayer, and "Alhamdulillah" three times after that. Then he would say "Subhanallah" three times. After that, he would say, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from Satan, from his whisperings, from his spittle and from his blowing." He would also say, "Whispering is his poetry, his blowing is arrogance, and his spittle is the is the one who dies in his ailments."

Jabir saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observing prayer. (The narrator Amr said: I do not know which prayer he was offering.) He (the Prophet) said: Allah is altogether great; Allah is altogether great; Allah is altogether great; and praise be to Allah in abundance; and praise be to Allah is abundance; and praise be to Allah in abundance. Glory be to Allah in the morning and after (saying it three times). I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed devil, from his puffing up (nafkh), his spitting (nafth) and his evil suggestion (hamz). He (Amr) said: His nafth it poetry, his nafkh is pride, and his hamz is madness.

He said, "As for his whispers, they are the death which seizes the son of Adam, and as for his spittle, it is old age, and as for his blowing, it is white hair."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, "Allah is the greatest, greatly. Praise be to Allah, abundantly. Glory be to Allah and with His praise, morning and evening. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his whispering, blowing, and spitting." He said, "I said, 'What is his whispering?' He said, 'It is like the buzzing of a fly.' I said, 'Then what is his blowing?' He said, 'Arrogance.' I said, 'So what is his spitting?' He said, 'Poetry.'"

[Machine] He heard Abu Umamah al-Bahili saying that the Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , when he stood up for prayer, he would say Allahu Akbar (God is the greatest) three times, then he would say La ilaha illallah (There is no god but Allah) three times, and Subhanallah wa bihamdihi (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him) three times. Then he would say, "I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, from his whisperings, his blowing, and his spitting."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيَّ يَقُولُ كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ كَبَّرَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to say, when starting the prayer, "Allah is the greatest, the Most Great, and all praise is due to Allah abundantly. Glory be to Allah in the morning and evening." He would repeat this three times. Then he would say, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his whispers, his spitting, and his breath."

الطبراني:١٥٦٨حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ عَنَزَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ فِي صَلَاةٍ فَقَالَ «اللهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ نَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ وَهَمْزِهِ» قَالَ عَمْرُو نَفْخُهُ الْكِبْرُ وَهَمْزُهُ الْمُوتَةُ وَنَفْثُهُ الشِّعْرُ

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he entered into prayer and said, "Allah is the Greatest, three times. Praise be to Allah, abundantly, three times. Glory be to Allah, morning and evening, three times. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his whisperings, breath, and insinuations."  

الطبراني:١٥٦٩حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا وَكِيعٌ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ عَنَزَةَ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ «اللهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا ثَلَاثًا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا ثَلَاثًا وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا ثَلَاثًا اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ»

" عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِم قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ الضُّحَى، فَقَالَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا - ثَلَاثًا - والْحَمْد لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا - ثَلَاثًا - وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا - ثَلَاثًا - الَّلهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ، وَنَفْخِهِ، وَنَفْثِهِ".
