"Indeed this wealth is green and sweet. Whoever gets what he deserves of it then he shall be blessed in it. And many a person who deals with what he wants for himself, from the wealth of Allah and His Messenger, gets nothing on the Day of Judgment but the Fire."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ هَذَا الْمَالَ خَضِرَةٌ حُلْوَةٌ مَنْ أَصَابَهُ بِحَقِّهِ بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهِ وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِيمَا شَاءَتْ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ النَّارُ

[AI] She heard Hamza mentioning the world to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and he said, "Indeed, the world is sweet and green, but how many are the ones who dive into the wealth of Allah and His Messenger, for whom the Hellfire is their destination."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ حَمْزَةَ يُذَاكِرُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ الدُّنْيَا فَقَالَ إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِي مَالِ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لَهُ النَّارُ

[AI] She heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "Verily, the world is sweet and green, and indeed there are men who trespass in the wealth of Allah unlawfully. For them, there is the Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection."

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ وَإِنَّ رِجَالًا يَتَخَوَّضُونَ فِي مَالِ اللهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لَهُمُ النَّارُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

How many are those who strive and struggle for the wealth of Allah and His Messenger in this world, but on the Day of Judgment, they have nothing but the fire (of Hell)." [AI] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Indeed, the worldly life is sweet and green, but certainly, there will be men who will indulge in the wealth of Allah and His Messenger unjustly. For them, there will be the fire on the Day of Resurrection."
