"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. He said; 'After me there will be rulers, whoever believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to me at the Cistern. Whoever does not believe their lies and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is of me, and I am of hi, and he will come to me at the Cistern."'  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ تِسْعَةٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ سَتَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ مَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَيْسَ بِوَارِدٍ عَلَىَّ الْحَوْضَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَىَّ الْحَوْضَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There will come rulers upon you who will command you to do something they themselves do not do. Whoever believes in their lies and supports them in their injustice, he is not from me and I am not from him. And he will not meet me at the pond."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَيَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يَأْمُرُونَكُمْ بِمَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ فَمَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكِذْبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "May Allah protect you from rulers who come after me." The companion asked, "Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Those who come to them and believe in them and help them in their injustice are not from me, and they will not reach my pool (of water on the Day of Judgment)." Sahih.  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَعَاذَكَ اللَّهُ مِنْ أُمَرَاءَ يَكُونُونَ بَعْدِي» قَالَ وَمَا هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «مَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى جَوْرِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَا يَرِدَ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ» صحيح  

"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. He said; 'After me there will be rulers, whoever believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to me at the Cistern. Whoever does not believe their lies and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is of me, and I am of hi, and he will come to me at the Cistern."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4207)

"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us while we were sitting on cushions made of animal skins, and he said, "There will be leaders after me. Whoever enters upon them and believes their lies and supports them in their oppression, he is not from me and I am not from him, and he will not come to the Hawd. But whoever does not believe their lies and does not support them in their oppression, he is from me and I am from him, and he will come to the Hawd."  

خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ مِنْ آدَمٍ فَقَالَ «إِنَّهُ» سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon us while there were nine of us, and among us were six non-Arabs. He said, "There will be rulers who will be supported by people who believe their lies, help them in their oppression, and fulfill their deceitful plans. Such individuals are not from me, nor am I from them, and they will not come to the Pool (of Paradise)."  

دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ تِسْعَةٌ وَفِينَا سِتَّةٌ مِنَ الْعَجَمِ فَقَالَ «إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ فَمَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ وَأَمْضَى لَهُمْ مَكْرَهُمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَا أَنَا مِنْهُ وَلَا يَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Ka'ab bin 'Ujrah, may Allah protect you from the rulers who come after me, whoever enters upon them and believes in their lies, and supports them in their injustice, is not from me and I am not from him, and he will not come to the pond (in Paradise)."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ أَعَاذَكَ اللهُ مِنْ أُمَرَاءَ يَكُونُونَ بَعْدِي مَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. He said; 'After me there will be rulers, whoever believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to me at the Cistern. Whoever does not believe their lies and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is of me, and I am of hi, and he will come to me at the Cistern."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4207)

"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. He said; 'After me there will be rulers, whoever believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to me at the Cistern. Whoever does not believe their lies and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is of me, and I am of hi, and he will come to me at the Cistern."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4207)

"اسْمَعُوا، إنَّه سيكونُ عليكم أُمراءُ، فلا تُعينُوهُمْ على ظُلمِهم، ولا تُصدِّقوهم بكذبِهم، فإِنَّه مَنْ أعانَهُم على ظُلْمهم وصدَّقَهُم على كذبِهم فلنْ يرد عليَّ الحوْضَ".  

"The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. "اسْمَعُوا، هلْ سمعتم؟ إنَّه سيكونُ بعدى أُمراءُ فمن دخلَ عليهم فصدَّقَهُم بكذبِهم، وأعانَهُم على ظلْمهم، فليس منِّي، ولستُ منْه، وليسَ بواردٍ عليَّ الحوْضَ، ومَنْ لمْ يدخلْ عليهم، ولم يُعنهم على ظلمهم، ولم يصدِّقْهُم بكذبهم فهو منِّى، وأنا منه، وهو واردٌ عليَّ الحوْضَ".  

"إِنَّها ستكُونُ بعْدِى أُمراءُ يَكْذِبونَ ويظْلِمُونَ، فمنْ دخَل (عليْهم) فصدَّقَهم بكذبِهم وأَعانُهم على ظُلْمِهم فليْسَ مِنِّى، ولسْتُ مِنْه، وليس بواردٍ علىَّ الحوضَ؛ ومَنْ لمْ يُصَدِّقْهُم بكذبِهم. ويُعِنْهم على ظُلْمهم، فهو منِّى، وأَنا منه، وهو واردٌ علىَّ الحوْضَ" .  

("إِنَّهُ سيكونُ عليكم أُمراءُ يكذِبُون ويظلِمُونَ، فَمنْ صدَّقَهُم

بكذبِهِم، وأعانَهُم على ظُلمهم فليْس مِنِّى، ولسْتُ منْهُ؛ ولا يردُ علَىَّ الحوْض ومَنْ لمْ يصدِّقْهُم بكذِبِهم، ولا يُعينُهم على ظُلمِهم فهو منِّى وأَنَا مِنْهُ وسيردُ علَىَّ الحوض".  

"سَيَكُون عَلَيْكمْ أُمَرَاءُ، يَأَمُرُونَكُمْ بمَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ، فَمَنْ صَدَّقَهُم بِكَذِبِهِم، وَأعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ، فَلَيْسَ مِنِّى وَلَسْت مِنْهُ، وَلَنْ يَردَ عَلَى الْحَوْضَ".
