45. Pledges (1/2)
٤٥۔ كِتَابُ الْبَيْعَةِ ص ١
"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey, both in times of ease and hardship, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, that we would was entrusted with it, that we would stand firm in the way of truth wherever we may be, and that we would not fear the blame of the blamers." «بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي الْعُسْرِ وَالْيُسْرِ وَالْمَنْشَطِ وَالْمَكْرَهِ وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ وَأَنْ نَقُومَ بِالْحَقِّ حَيْثُ كُنَّا لَا نَخَافُ فِي اللهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ»

45.2 [Machine] The Sale Agreement: That we do not dispute the matter with its rightful owner
٤٥۔٢ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ
"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey, both in times of ease and hardship, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, that we would was entrusted with it, that we would stand firm in the way of truth wherever we may be, and that we would not fear the blame of the blamers." «بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي الْيُسْرِ وَالْعُسْرِ وَالْمَنْشَطِ وَالْمَكْرَهِ وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ وَأَنْ نَقُولَ أَوْ نَقُومَ بِالْحَقِّ حَيْثُ كُنَّا لَا نَخَافُ فِي اللهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ»
45.3 [Machine] The heading translates to: "The sale based on fair negotiation and agreement".
٤٥۔٣ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْقَوْلِ بِالْعَدْلِ
"We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey during our hardship and our ease, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, that we would stand for justice wherever we may be, and that we would not fear the blame of any blamer for the sake of Allah. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4153)
«بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي عُسْرِنَا وَيُسْرِنَا مَنَاشِطِنَا وَمَكَارِهِنَا وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ وَأَنْ نَقُولَ بِالْعَدْلِ أَيْنَ كُنَّا لَا نَخَافُ فِي اللهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ»
45.4 [Machine] The sale based on truthful assertion
٤٥۔٤ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْقَوْلِ بِالْحَقِّ
“We gave our pledge to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, pledging to listen and obey in times of hardship and times of ease, willingly or reluctantly, and when others are shown preference over us, and that we would not dispute the order of those in charge, that we would speak the truth wherever we are, and that we would not fear the blame of anyone when acting or speaking for the sake of Allah.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2866)
«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي الْعُسْرِ وَالْيُسْرِ وَالْمَنْشَطِ وَالْمَكْرَهِ وَالْأَثَرَةِ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى أَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ وَعَلَى أَنْ نَقُولَ بِالْحَقِّ حَيْثُ كُنَّا»
45.5 [Machine] The sale of a deferred payment
٤٥۔٥ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْأَثَرَةِ
"From his father," and Yahya said: "From his father," from his grandfather, whom said: 'We pledged to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey during our hardship and our ease, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired, and when others are preferred over us, that we would not contend with the orders of whomever was entrusted with it, that we would stand firm for the truth wherever it may be, and that we would not fear the blame of any blamer for the sake of Allah." (Sahih) Shu'bah said: "Sayyar did not mention this statement: 'Wherever it may be' while Yahya mentioned it." Shu'bah said: "If I have added anything to it, then it is from Sayyar or from Yahya." عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَمَّا يَحْيَى فَقَالَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ «بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي عُسْرِنَا وَيُسْرِنَا وَمَنْشَطِنَا وَمَكْرَهِنَا وَالْأَثَرَةِ عَلَيْنَا وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ وَأَنْ نَقُومَ بِالْحَقِّ حَيْثُ كَانَ لَا نَخَافُ فِي اللهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ سَيَّارٌ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ «حَيْثُ كَانَ» فَذَكَرَهُ يَحْيَى قَالَ شُعْبَةُ إِنْ كُنْتُ زِدْتُ فِيهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ أَوْ عَنْ يَحْيَى
"You have to obey when you feel energetic and when you feel tired, during your ease and your hardship, and when others are preferred over you." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4155)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «عَلَيْكَ بِالطَّاعَةِ فِي مَنْشَطِكَ وَمَكْرَهِكَ وَعُسْرِكَ وَيُسْرِكَ وَأَثَرَةٍ عَلَيْكَ»
45.6 [Machine] The Sale with Sincerity for every Muslim.
٤٥۔٦ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى النُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
"I pledged to the Messenger of Allah to be sincere toward ever Muslim." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4156)
«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى النُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ»
"I pledged to the Prophet to hear and obey and to be sincere toward every Muslim." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4157)
قَالَ جَرِيرٌ «بَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ وَأَنْ أَنْصَحَ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ»
45.7 [Machine] The sale is on the condition that we do not flee.
٤٥۔٧ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نَفِرَّ
"We did not give our pledge to the Messenger of Allah for death, rather we pledged not to flee (from battle)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4158)
سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ «لَمْ نُبَايِعْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ إِنَّمَا بَايَعْنَاهُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نَفِرَّ»
45.8 [Machine] The sale of death
٤٥۔٨ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ
I said to Salama bin Al-Akwaʿ, "For what did you give the Pledge of allegiance to Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of Al-Hudaibiya?" He replied, "For death (in the Cause of Islam.). (Using translation from Bukhārī 4169)
قُلْتُ لِسَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ عَلَى أَيِّ شَيْءٍ بَايَعْتُمُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ؟ قَالَ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ
45.9 [Machine] The transaction based on the establishment of prayers and the payment of zakat
٤٥۔٩ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ
I gave the pledge of allegiance to Messenger of Allah ﷺ for the following: 1. offer prayers perfectly 2. pay the Zakat (obligatory charity) 3. and be sincere and true to every Muslim. (Using translation from Bukhārī 57)
«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ»
45.10 [Machine] Al-Bay'ah ala al-Jihad
٤٥۔١٠ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْجِهَادِ
"I came to the Messenger of Allah with my father Umayyah on the Day of the Conquest (of Makkah) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, accept my father's pledge for emigration (Al-Hijrah).' The Messenger of Allah said: 'I will accept his pledge to fight in Jihad, for the emigration (Al-Hijrah) has ceased."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4160)
جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِأَبِي أُمَيَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بَايِعْ أَبِي عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بَلْ أُبَايِعُهُ عَلَى الْجِهَادِ وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَتِ الْهِجْرَةُ»
45.11 [Machine] The sale is based on leaving the issue of people.
٤٥۔١١ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى تَرْكِ مَسْأَلَةِ النَّاسِ
"We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said: 'Will you not pledge to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' And he repeated it three times. So we stretched forth our hands to give our pledge. We said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we are willing to give you our pledge, but on what?' He said: 'That you will worship Allah and not associate anything with him, and (offer) the five daily prayers.' And he said, very quietly: 'And you will not ask the people for anything.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 460)
كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَلَا تُبَايِعُونَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ؟» فَرَدَّدَهَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقَدَّمْنَا أَيْدِيَنَا فَبَايَعْنَا فَقُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَدْ بَايَعْنَاكَ فَعَلَامَ؟ قَالَ «عَلَى أَنْ تَعْبُدُوا اللهَ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا وَالصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ وَأَسَرَّ كَلِمَةً خَفِيَّةً لَا تَسْأَلُوا النَّاسَ شَيْئًا»
45.12 [Machine] The transaction of abandoning the disobedience of the Imam.
٤٥۔١٢ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى تَرْكِ عِصْيَانِ الْإِمَامِ
who took part in the battle of Badr and was a Naqib (a person heading a group of six persons), on the night of Al-'Aqaba pledge: Allah's Apostle said while a group of his companions were around him, "Swear allegiance to me for: 1. Not to join anything in worship along with Allah. 2. Not to steal. 3. Not to commit illegal sexual intercourse. 4. Not to kill your children. 5. Not to accuse an innocent person (to spread such an accusation among people). 6. Not to be disobedient (when ordered) to do good deed." The Prophet ﷺ added: "Whoever among you fulfills his pledge will be rewarded by Allah. And whoever indulges in any one of them (except the ascription of partners to Allah) and gets the punishment in this world, that punishment will be an expiation for that sin. And if one indulges in any of them, and Allah conceals his sin, it is up to Him to forgive or punish him (in the Hereafter)." 'Ubada bin As-Samit added: "So we swore allegiance for these." إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَحَوْلَهُ عِصَابَةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ «تُبَايِعُونِي عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ وَلَا تَأْتَوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ وَلَا تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَمَنْ وَفَّى فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللهِ وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْكُمْ شَيْئًا فَعُوقِبَ بِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا ثُمَّ سَتَرَهُ اللهُ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللهِ إِنْ شَاءَ عَفَا عَنْهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ عَاقَبَهُ» خَالَفَهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ رَوَاهُ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ صَالِحٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ مُرْسَلًا
"Why don't you pledge to me upon that which the women have pledged: That you will not associate anything with Allah, that you will not steal, that you will not have unlawful sexual relations, that you will not utter slander, fabricating from between your hands and feet, and that you will not disobey me in goodness (Ma'ruf)?" We said: "yes, O Messenger of Allah." So we gave him our pledge, on that basis. The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever commits any of these actions after that, and is punished, that will be an expiation. Whoever is not punished, then his affair is up to Allah; if He wills, He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4162)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَلَا تُبَايِعُونِي عَلَى مَا بَايَعَ عَلَيْهِ النِّسَاءُ أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ وَلَا تَأْتُوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ وَلَا تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ؟ قُلْنَا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَبَايَعْنَاهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَمَنْ أَصَابَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَنَالَتْهُ بِهِ عُقُوبَةٌ فَهِي لَهُ كَفَّارَةٌ وَمَنْ لَمْ تَنَلْهُ بِهِ عُقُوبَةٌ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللهِ إِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ عَاقَبَ بِهِ»
45.13 [Machine] The sale of migration
٤٥۔١٣ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ
"I have come pledging to emigrate (Hijrah), and I have left my parents weeping." He said: "Go back to them, and make them smile as you made them weep." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4163)
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي جِئْتُ أُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ وَلَقَدْ تَرَكْتُ أَبَوَيَّ يَبْكِيَانِ قَالَ «فَارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمَا فَأَضْحِكْهُمَا كَمَا أَبْكَيْتَهُمَا»
45.14 [Machine] The matter of migration
٤٥۔١٤ شَأْنُ الْهِجْرَةِ
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri said “A Bedouin asked the Prophet ﷺ about emigration. He replied “Woe to you! The matter of emigration is severe. Have you a Camel? He said, Yes. He asked “Do you pay its zakat? He said, Yes. He said, Then work (anywhere) beyond the seas. Allaah will not reduce anything from (the reward of) your work. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2477)
أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ «وَيْحَكَ إِنَّ شَأْنَ الْهِجْرَةِ شَدِيدٌ فَهَلْ لَكَ مِنْ إِبِلٍ؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَهَلْ تُؤَدِّي صَدَقَتَهَا؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَاعْمَلْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْبِحَارِ فَإِنَّ اللهَ لَنْ يَتِرَكَ مِنْ عَمَلِكَ شَيْئًا»
45.15 [Machine] Migration of Urban and Rural Areas
٤٥۔١٥ هِجْرَةُ الْحَاضِرِ وَالْبَادِي
"A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Which emigration (Hijrah) is best?' He said: 'To leave what your Lord, the Mighty and Sublime, dislikes.' He said: 'There are two kinds of emigration, the emigration of the town dweller and the emigration of the Bedouin. As for the Bedouin, when he is called (to fight in Jihad) he must respond, and he must obey when he is commanded, and as for the town dweller, he is the one who is more severely tested and more greatly rewarded."' قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُّ الْهِجْرَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ «أَنْ تُهْجُرَ مَا كَرِهَ اللهُ وَالْهِجْرَةُ هِجْرَتَانِ هِجْرَةُ الْحَاضِرِ وَالْبَادِي فَأَمَّا الْبَادِي فَإِنَّهُ يُطِيعُ إِذَا أُمِرَ وَيُجِيبُ إِذَا دُعِيَ وَأَمَّا الْحَاضِرُ فَأَعْظَمُهُمَا بَلِيَّةً وَأَفْضَلُهُمَا أَجْرًا»
45.16 [Machine] The interpretation of migration
٤٥۔١٦ تَفْسِيرُ الْهِجْرَةِ
"Ibn 'Abbas said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr and 'Umar were among the Muhajirin (emigrants), because they forsook (hajaru) the idolators, and some of the Ansar were Muhajirun because Al-Madinah was a land of shirk, and they came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the Night of Al-'Aqabah."' قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَكَّةَ وَإِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَأَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانُوا مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ لِأَنَّهُمْ هَجَرُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مُهَاجِرُونَ لَأَنَّ الْمَدِينَةَ كَانَتْ دَارَ شِرْكٍ فَجَاءُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ
45.17 [Machine] Encouragement to migrate.
٤٥۔١٧ الْحَثُّ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ
"O Messenger of Allah, tell me of an action that I may do and persist in it." The Messenger of Allah said to him: "You should emigrate, for there is nothing like it." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4167)
أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ حَدِّثْنِي بِعَمَلٍ أَسْتَقِيمُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَعْمَلُهُ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «عَلَيْكَ بِالْهِجْرَةِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا مِثْلَ لَهَا»
45.18 [Machine] Mentioning the differences in the interruption of migration
٤٥۔١٨ ذِكْرُ الِاخْتِلَافِ فِي انْقِطَاعِ الْهِجْرَةِ
"I came to the Messenger of Allah with my father Umayyah on the Day of the Conquest (of Makkah) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, accept my father's pledge for emigration (Al-Hijrah).' The Messenger of Allah said: 'I will accept his pledge to fight in Jihad, for the emigration (Al-Hijrah) has ceased."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4160)
جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِأَبِي أُمَيَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بَايِعْ أَبِي عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بَلْ أُبَايِعُهُ عَلَى الْجِهَادِ وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَتِ الْهِجْرَةُ؟»
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, they are saying that no one will enter Paradise except a Muhajir."' He said: "There is no more emigration (Hijrah) after the Conquest of Makkah, rather there is Jihad and intention. When you are called to moblize (for Jihad) then do so." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4169)
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا يَدْخُلُهَا إِلَّا مَنْ هَاجَرَ قَالَ «لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا»
There is no emigration (after the conquest of Makkah), but only Jihad (striving in the path of Allah) and some intention. So when you are summoned to go forth (for Jihad), go forth. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2480)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ «لَا هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ وَإِنِ اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا»
"I heard 'Umar bin Al-Khattab say: 'There is no more emigration (Hijrah) after the death of the Messenger of Allah."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4171)
سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ «لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»
"We came in a delegation to the messenger of Allah, each of us with a question to ask him. I was the last of them to come in to the Messenger of Allah, and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I have left people behind me, and they are saying that emigration (Hijrah) has ceased.' He said: 'Emigration will not cease so long as the disbelievers are being fought."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4172)
وَفَدْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي وَفْدٍ كُلُّنَا يَطْلُبُ حَاجَةً فَكُنْتُ آخِرَهُمْ دُخُولًا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي تَرَكْتُ مَنْ خَلْفِي وَهُمْ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ الْهِجْرَةَ قَدِ انْقَطَعَتْ قَالَ «لَنْ تَنْقَطِعَ الْهِجْرَةُ مَا قُوتِلَ الْكُفَّارُ»
"We came in a delegation to the Messenger of Allah and my companions entered and asked their questions. I was the last of them to enter, and he said: 'What is you question?' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, when will emigration end?' The Messenger of Allah said: 'Emigration will not cease so long as the disbelievers are being fought."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4173)
وَفَدْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَدَخَلَ أَصْحَابِي فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُمْ ثُمَّ كُنْتُ آخِرَهُمْ دُخُولًا عَلَيْهِ قَالَ «حَاجَتَكَ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى تَنْقَطِعُ الْهِجْرَةُ؟ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَنْقَطِعُ الْهِجْرَةُ مَا قُوتِلَ الْكُفَّارُ»
45.19 [Machine] The transaction in what is loved and what is hated
٤٥۔١٩ الْبَيْعَةُ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَفِيمَا كَرِهَ
"I came to the Prophet and said to him: 'I pledge to you to hear and obey in what I like and what I dislike.' The Prophet said: 'Can you do that, O Jarir,' or, 'Are you able for that?' He said: Say: As much as I can.' So he accepted my pledge (for that), and that I be sincere toward every Muslim." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4174)
جَرِيرٌ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ أُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِيمَا أَحْبَبْتُ وَفِيمَا كَرِهْتُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَوَ تَسْتَطِيعُ ذَلِكَ يَا جَرِيرُ أَوَ تُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ قُلْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ فَبَايَعَنِي وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ
45.20 [Machine] The sale upon separation from the polytheist.
٤٥۔٢٠ الْبَيْعَةُ عَلَى فِرَاقِ الْمُشْرِكِ
[Machine] "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to establish prayer, give zakat, sincerely advise every Muslim, and separate from the polytheists."
«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَعَلَى فِرَاقِ الْمُشْرِكِ» 7751 أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِي نُخَيْلَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ
"I came to the Prophet when he was accepting (the people's) pledge, and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, extend you hand so that I may give you my pledge, and state your terms, for you know best.' He said: 'I accept you pledge that you will worship Allah, establish Salah, pay the Zakah, be sincere toward the Muslims, and forsake the idolaters." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4177)
قَالَ جَرِيرٌ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يُبَايِعُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ابْسُطْ يَدَكَ حَتَّى أُبَايِعَكَ وَاشْتَرِطْ عَلَيَّ فَأَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِالشَّرْطِ قَالَ «أُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى أَنْ تَعْبُدَ اللهَ وَتُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةَ وَتُؤْتِيَ الزَّكَاةَ وَتُنَاصِحَ الْمُسْلِمَ وَتُفَارِقَ الْمُشْرِكَ»
"I heard 'Ubadah bin As-Samit say: 'I pledged to the Messenger of Allah among a group of people, and he said: I accept your pledge that you will not associate anything with Allah, you will not steal, you will not have unlawful sexual relations, you will not kill you children, you will not utter slander, fabricating from between your hands and feet, and you will not disobey me when commanded with goodness. Whoever fulfills (this pledge), his reward will be with Allah, and whoever commits any of these actions and is punished for it, it will be purification for him. Whoever (commits any of these action then) Allah conceals him, it is up to Allah; if He wills He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4178)
سَمِعْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ يَقُولُ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي رَهْطٍ فَقَالَ «أُبَايِعُكُمْ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ وَلَا تَأْتُوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ وَلَا تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَمَنْ وَفَّى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللهِ وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا لَعَلَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فَعُوقِبَ فَهُوَ لَهُ طَهُورٌ وَمَنْ سَتَرَهُ اللهُ فَذَلِكَ إِلَى اللهِ إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ»
45.21 [Machine] The Sale of Women
٤٥۔٢١ بَيْعَةُ النِّسَاءِ
"When I wanted to give pledge to the Messenger of Allah, I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, women helped me (in wailing for the dead) during the Jahiliyyah; shall I go and help her (in wailing) and then come to you and give you my oath of allegiance?' He said: 'Go and help her.' So I went and helped her, then I came, and gave my pledge to the Messenger of Allah." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4179)
أَنْ أُبَايِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَةً أَسْعَدَتْنِي فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَأَذْهَبَ فَأُسْعِدُهَا ثُمَّ أَجِيئُكَ فَأُبَايِعُكَ قَالَ «اذْهَبِي» فَذَهَبْتُ فَسَاعَدْتُهَا ثُمَّ جِئْتُ فَبَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
"The Messenger of Allah accepted our pledge that we would not wail (for the dead)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4180)
«أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبَيْعَةَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نَنُوحَ»
45.22 [Machine] The examination of women
٤٥۔٢٢ امْتِحَانُ النِّسَاءِ
[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ regarding women we were selling, so the Prophet ﷺ took an oath from us, "You should not associate anything with Allah" (Al-Mumtahanah 12). The verse says, "To the best of your ability." We said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, aren't you more merciful to us than ourselves?" We said, "O Messenger of Allah, don't you shake hands with us?" He said, "I do not shake hands with women. My saying to one woman is like saying it to a hundred women."
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي نِسَاءٍ نُبَايِعُهُ فَأَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ {أَنْ لَا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللهِ} [الممتحنة 12] الْآيَةُ قَالَ «فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتُنَّ أَطَقْتُنَّ» قُلْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْحَمُ بِنَا مِنْ أَنْفُسِنَا قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَلَا تُصَافِحُنَا؟ قَالَ «إِنِّي لَا أُصَافِحُ النِّسَاءَ مَا قَوْلِي لِامْرَأَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ إِلَّا كَقَوْلِي لَمِائَةِ امْرَأَةٍ»
45.23 [Machine] The sale of someone with disabilities
٤٥۔٢٣ بَيْعَةُ مَنْ بِهِ عَاهَةٌ
“There was a leper among the delegation of Thaqif. The Prophet ﷺ sent word to him: ‘Go back, for we have accepted your oath of allegiance.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3544)
كَانَ فِي وَفْدِ ثَقِيفٍ رَجُلٌ مَجْذُومٌ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «ارْجِعْ فَقَدْ بَايَعْنَاكَ»

٤٥۔٢٤ بَيْعَةُ الْغُلَامِ
"I stretched forth my hand to the Prophet for him to accept my pledge, when I was a child, but he did not accept my pledge." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4183)
«مَدَدْتُ يَدَيَّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَنَا غُلَامُ لِيُبَايِعَنِي فَلَمْ يُبَايِعْنِي»

٤٥۔٢٥ بَيْعَةُ الْمَمَالِيكِ
“A slave came and gave his pledge to the Prophet ﷺ, pledging to emigrate, and the Prophet ﷺ did not realize that he was a slave. Then his master came looking for him, and the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Sell him to me,’ and he brought him in exchange for two black slaves. Then after that he did not accept the pledge from anyone until he had asked whether he was a slave.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2869)
جَاءَ عَبْدٌ فَبَايَعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ وَلَا يَشْعُرُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ عَبْدٌ فَجَاءَ سَيِّدُهُ يُرِيدُهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «بِعْنِيهِ» فَاشْتَرَاهُ بِعَبْدَيْنِ أَسْوَدَيْنِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يُبَايِعْ أَحَدًا بَعْدُ حَتَّى يَسْأَلَهُ أَعْبُدٌ هُوَ؟
45.26 [Machine] The Resignation of the Pledge
٤٥۔٢٦ اسْتِقَالَةُ الْبَيْعَةِ
A bedouin gave the Pledge of allegiance to Messenger of Allah ﷺ for Islam. Then the bedouin got fever at Medina, came to Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Cancel my Pledge," But Allah's Apostle refused. Then he came to him (again) and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Cancel my Pledge." But the Prophet ﷺ refused Then he came to him (again) and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Cancel my Pledge." But the Prophet ﷺ refused. The bedouin finally went out (of Medina) whereupon Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Medina is like a pair of bellows (furnace): It expels its impurities and brightens and clears its good. أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَايَعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ فَأَصَابَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ وَعَكٌ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَجَاءَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَقِلْنِي بَيْعَتِي فَأَبَى ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ فَقَالَ أَقِلْنِي بَيْعَتِي فَأَبَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَخَرَجَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّمَا الْمَدِينَةُ كَالْكِيرِ تَنْفِي خَبَثَهَا وَيَنْصَعُ طِيبُهَا»
45.27 [Machine] The Arab Convert after the Hijrah
٤٥۔٢٧ الْمُرْتَدُّ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَعْدَ الْهِجْرَةِ
O son of al-Akwa', you have turned apostate and have come to live again in the desert with the Bedouins (after your migration). He said: No, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has permitted me to live in the desert. (Using translation from Muslim 1862)
«لَا وَلَكِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَذِنَ لِي فِي الْبُدُوِّ»
45.28 [Machine] The buying in what he can
٤٥۔٢٨ الْبَيْعَةُ فِيمَا يَسْتَطِيعُ
"We used to pledge to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey, the he said: 'In as much as you can."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4187)
كُنَّا نُبَايِعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ «فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتَ» وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ «فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ»
"When we gave our pledge to the Messenger of Allah to hear and obey, he would say to us: 'In as much as you can". (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4188)
كُنَّا حِينَ نُبَايِعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ يَقُولُ لَنَا «فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتَ»
We used to take the oath of allegiance to the Prophet ﷺ to hear and obey, and he would tell: In What I am able. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2940)
بَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فَلَقَّنَنِي فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتُ
"We gave pledge to the Messenger of Allah among a group of women, and he said to us: 'In as much as you can and are able ."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4190)
بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي نِسْوَةٍ فَقَالَ لَنَا «فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتُنَّ وَأَطَقْتُنَّ»

٤٥۔٢٩ ذِكْرُ مَا عَلَى مَنْ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَأَعْطَاهُ صَفْقَةَ يَدِهِ وَثَمَرَةَ قَلْبِهِ
“I came to ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin ‘As when he was sitting in the shade of the Ka’bah, and the people were gathered around him, and I heard him say: ‘While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, he stopped to camp and some of us were pitching tents, some were competing in shooting arrows and some were taking the animals out to graze them. Then his caller called out: “As-Salatu Jami’ah (prayer is about to begin).” So we gathered, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up and addressed us. He said: “There has never been a Prophet before me who was not obliged to tell his nation of what he knew was good for them, and to warn against what he knew was bad for them. With regard to this nation of yours, soundness (of religious commitment) and well-being has been placed in its earlier generations and the last of them will be afflicted with calamities and things that you dislike. Then there will come tribulations which will make the earlier ones pale into significance, and the believer will say: ‘This will be the end of me,’ then relief will come. Then (more) tribulations will come and the believer will say: ‘This will be the end of me,’ then relief will come. Whoever would like to be taken far away from Hell and admitted to Paradise, let him die believing in Allah and the Last Day, and let him treat people as he would like to be treated. Whoever gives his oath of allegiance to a ruler and gives a sincere promise, let him obey him as much as he can, and if another comes and challenges him, let them strike the neck (i.e., kill) the second one.’” He the narrator said: “I raised my head among the people and said: 'I adjure you by Allah, did you hear that from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' He ('Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As) pointed with his hand to his ears and said: I heard it directly from him and memorized it.'” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3956)
انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ وَالنَّاسُ مُجْتَمِعُونَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ إِذْ نَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلًا فَمِنَّا مَنْ يَضْرِبُ خِبَاءَهُ إِذْ نَادَى مُنَادِيهِ الصَّلَاةَ جَامِعَةً فَاجْتَمَعْنَا فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَخَطَبَنَا فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ نَبِيٌّ قَبْلِي إِلَّا كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَدُلَّ أَمَّتَهُ عَلَى مَا يَعْلَمُهُ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ وَيُنْذِرَهُمْ مَا يَعْلَمُهُ شَرًّا لَهُمْ وَإِنَّ أُمَّتُكُمْ هَذِهِ جُعِلَتْ عَافِيَتُهَا فِي أَوَّلِهَا وَإِنَّ آخِرَهَا سَيُصِيبُهُمْ بَلَاءٌ وَأُمُورٌ يُنْكِرُونَهَا تَجِيءُ الْفِتْنَةُ فَيَقُولُ الْمُؤْمِنُ هَذِهِ مُهْلِكَتِي ثُمَّ تَنْكَشِفُ ثُمَّ تَجِيءُ الْفِتْنَةُ فَيَقُولُ الْمُؤْمِنُ هَذِهِ هَذِهِ ثُمَّ تَنْكَشِفُ فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُزَحْزَحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَيَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَلْتُدْرِكْهُ مَوْتَتُهُ وَهُوَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلْيَأْتِ إِلَى النَّاسِ الَّذِي يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُؤْتَى إِلَيْهِ وَمَنْ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَأَعْطَاهُ صَفْقَةَ يَدِهِ وَثَمَرَةَ قَلْبِهِ فَلْيُطِعْهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ
45.30 [Machine] Exhortation to obey the Imam
٤٥۔٣٠ الْحَضُّ عَلَى طَاعَةِ الْإِمَامِ
"I heard my grandmother say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say, during the Farewell Pilgrimage: If an Ethiopian slave is appointed over you who rules according to the Book of Allah, then listen to him and obey."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4192)
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «وَلَوِ اسْتُعْمِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَبْدٌ حَبَشِيٌّ يَقُودُكُمْ بِكِتَابِ اللهِ فَاسْمَعُوا لَهُ وَأَطِيعُوا»
45.31 [Machine] Encouragement to Obey the Imam
٤٥۔٣١ التَّرْغِيبُ فِي طَاعَةِ الْإِمَامِ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah, and whoever obeys the ruler I appoint, obeys me, and whoever disobeys him, disobeys me." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7137)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَطَاعَنِي فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللهَ وَمَنْ عَصَانِي فَقَدْ عَصَى اللهُ وَمَنْ أَطَاعَ أَمِيرِي فَقَدْ أَطَاعَنِي وَمَنْ عَصَى أَمِيرِي فَقَدْ عَصَانِي»
45.32 [Machine] The Interpretation of the Saying of Allah, Exalted be His Praise: "And those who have authority among you." [Quran 4:59]
٤٥۔٣٢ تَأْوِيلُ قَوْلِ اللهِ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ {وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ} [النساء: 59]
"O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad). That he said: This was revealed concerning 'Abdullah bin Hudhaifah bin Qais bin 'Adiyy, whom the Messenger of Allah appointed in charge of an expedition" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4194)
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ} [النساء 59] نَزَلَتْ فِي عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حُذَافَةَ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ «بَعَثَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي السَّرِيَّةِ»
45.33 [Machine] Intensification of disobedience to the Imam
٤٥۔٣٣ التَّشْدِيدُ فِي عِصْيَانِ الْإِمَامِ
"Campaigns are of two types. As for the one who seek the Face of Allah, obeys the imam, spends what is precious to him, is easy-going with his companion and avoids mischief, when he is asleep and when he is awake, it will all bring reward. But as for the one who fights to show off, and he disobeys the imam and does mischief in the land, he will not come back the same as when he left." [1] [1] It was not simply be the case that he comes back with no good deeds to his credit, rather he will have a number of evil deeds on his record. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3188)
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْغَزْوُ غَزْوَانِ فَأَمَّا مَنِ ابْتَغَى وَجْهَ اللهِ وَأَطَاعَ الْإِمَامَ وَأَنْفَقَ الْكَرِيمَةَ وَاجْتَنَبَ الْفَسَادَ فَإِنَّ نَوْمَهَ وَنُبْهَتَهُ أَجْرٌ كُلُّهُ وَأَمَّا مَنْ غَزَا رِيَاءً وَسُمْعَةً وَعَصَى الْإِمَامَ وَأَفْسَدَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَرْجِعُ بِالْكَفَافِ»
45.34 [Machine] The duties and obligations of the imam.
٤٥۔٣٤ ذِكْرُ مَا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ وَمَا يَجِبُ لَهُ
"The Imam is like a shield whose orders should be obeyed when they (the Muslims) fight, and where they should seek protection. If he enjoins fear of Allah and behaves justly, then he will be rewarded, but if he enjoins otherwise, then it will be a burden (of sin) on him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4196)
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَقَالَ «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمْرَ بِتَقْوَى اللهِ وَعَدَلَ فَإِنَّ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرًا وَإِنْ يَأْمُرْ بِغَيْرِهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيَهِ وِزْرًا»
45.35 [Machine] Advice for the imam
٤٥۔٣٥ النَّصِيحَةُ لِلْإِمَامِ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Religion is sincerity (An-Nasihah).' They said: 'To whom, O Messenger of Allah?' he said: 'To Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the imams of the Muslims, and to their common folk."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4197)
أَنَا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنَ الَّذِي حَدَّثَ بِهِ أَبِي حَدَّثَنِيهِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ يُقَالُ لَهُ عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الدِّينَ النَّصِيحَةُ إِنَّ الدِّينَ النَّصِيحَةُ» قَالُوا لِمَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «لِلَّهِ وَلِكِتَابِهِ وَنَبِيِّهِ وَلِأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ»
