[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Fajr with us, and the recitation became difficult for him. After finishing the prayer, he asked, "Did you recite behind me?" We replied, "Yes." He said, "Do not do so, except with the mother of the Book (meaning Al-Fatiha) because there is no prayer for the one who does not recite it."

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْفَجْرَ فَثَقُلَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْقِرَاءَةُ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَالَ «تَقْرَءُونَ خَلْفِي؟ » قُلْنَا نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَلَا تَفْعَلُوا إِلَّا بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِهَا»
