"مَاتَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عَهْد النَّبِىِّ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَتْركْ وَارِثًا إِلَّا عَبْدًا لَهُ فَأَعْتَقَهُ (* *) فَأَعْطاهُ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ".
