"A man belched in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, so he said: 'Restain your belching from us. For indeed those who are filled most in the world will be the hungriest on the Day of Judgement.'"

تَجَشَّأَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ كُفَّ عَنَّا جُشَاءَكَ فَإِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا أَطْوَلُهُمْ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

“A man burped in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ and he said: ‘Withhold your burps from us! For the most hungry of you on the Day of Resurrection will be those who most ate their fill in this world.’”

تَجَشَّأَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ كُفَّ جُشَاءَكَ عَنَّا فَإِنَّ أَطْوَلَكُمْ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرُكُمْ شِبَعًا فِي دَارِ الدُّنْيَا

“I heard Salman, when he was forced to eat food, say: ‘It is sufficient for me that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: The people who most eat their fill in this world will be the most hungry on the Day of Resurrection.’”

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا أَطْوَلُهُمْ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever." And I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The longest people in terms of satiety in this world will be the most hungry on the Day of Resurrection."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ» وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَطْوَلُ النَّاسِ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا أَكْثَرُهُمْ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

قَالَ أكلتُ ثَرِيدًا وَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيّ ﷺ فَتَجَشَّأْتُ عِنْدَهُ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا جُحَيْفَةَ إِنَّ أَطْوَلَ النَّاسِ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا

[AI] I broke wind in front of the Prophet ﷺ and he said, "What did you eat, Abu Juhaifah?" I said, "Bread and meat." He said, "Indeed, the hungriest person on the Day of Resurrection will be the one who was most satiated in this world."

تَجَشَّأْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَا أَكَلْتَ يَا أَبَا جُحَيْفَةَ؟» فَقُلْتُ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا فَقَالَ «إِنَّ أَطْوَلَ النَّاسِ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا»

"أَطْولُ النَّاسِ شِبعًا في الدُّنيا أَكثرهُم جُوعًا يوْمَ القيامةِ".

"أقْصِرْ مِن جُشائِكَ؛ فَإن أكْثَرَ النَّاسِ شِبَعًا في الدُّنيا أكثرُهم جوعًا في الآخِرة".

"إِنَّ أَطْولِ النَّاسِ جُوعًا يوم الْقيَامَةِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ شبَعًا فِى الدُّنْيَا".

"إِنَّ أَكثرَ النَّاسِ شِبعًا فِى الدُّنيَا أَطولُهم جُوعًا يوم الْقيامةِ".

"لا تَفْعَلْ يَا أَبَا جُحَيفَةَ، إِنَّ أطوَلَ النَّاسِ جُوعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَطوَلُهُمْ شِبَعًا فِي الدُّنْيَا".

"يَا أَبَا جُحَيْفَةَ أَقْصِر من جُشَائِك؛ فَإِن أطولَ النَّاسِ جوعًا يَوْمَ القِيَامةِ أكثرُهُم شِبَعا في الدُّنْيَا".
